The hotel is located deep in the alley, there is no parking space, if there is, you have to park on the street and walk in. Chủ người Bắc nói chuyện rất khó nghe. Villa 1 nơi, địa chỉ để trên app 1 nẻo. Sáng sớm 5h sáng kiếm tới kiếm lui không ra mà gọi chủ thì chửi. Nhờ xách hộ hành lý vô nhà vì grab không vô tới nơi được hẻm rất nhỏ, thay vì từ chối lịch sự thì nói “không ai rãnh”. Trả tiền hết rồi mà chủ nhà đòi đuổi không nhận khách trong khi có em bé nhỏ, giữa trời Đà Lạt sáng sớm. Chủ nói apps chưa trả tiền, đưa email xác nhận của apps họ cũng không tin. Đi du lịch mà gặp dịch vụ như vậy thì bực tức cả chuyến du lịch của người ta. Phòng rẻ thiệt nhưng không có nhà vệ sinh riêng. Coi như book phòng rẻ thì cái đó cũng không đáng. Nhưng thái độ dịch vụ rất tệ. Cực cực cực kì tệ.

chủ hotel nói chuyện không câu nào dễ nghe , nói câu nào là biết chẳng phải dạng tốt lành gì , nói không hợp đã có ý định lao vào đánh người , không cần biết phòng ốc thế nào nhưng từ cách nói chuyện với người thì sẽ không bao giờ bước tới nữa

Chú chủ khách sạn siêu nhiệt tình và dễ thương luôn ạ,với tầm giá này phòng sạch sẽ rất okee cho những ai đi du lịch tiết kiệm ạ

Mình có đặt 1 phòng đơn với giá 630k, nhưng phòng không có nhà vệ sinh riêng, chủ villa có recommend up lên phòng có nhà vệ sinh riêng chỉ cần thêm 100k. Nói chung, villa Nằm tương đối gần trung tâm thành phố. Cô chú chủ cũng thân thiện, nhưng thật sự là 1 trãi nghiệm tệ, phòng nhỏ, nệm cứng, không có quạt, không có máy sấy, tủ lạnh mini, dầu gôị thì vón cục như hết hạn, đen đánh răng thì chảy như nước. Phòng thì không cách âm, nằm trong phòng nhưng tiếng gì của bên ngoài hay phòng bên cạnh đều nghe rõ. Người Đà Lạt thì dễ thương nhưng chất lượng dịch vụ với cá nhân mình thì thấy khá tệ ạ. Không biết đó có phải là mặt bằng chung ở nơi đây đều như vậy?
