AZ hostel is good enough to stay here for a long time. The place is clean enough because there are maid who clean every day and the price was so cheap for 1 night. The hostel staffs are very friendly I have to say. Because I can stay here to use wifi until my night bus came. Thank you az hostel. They are very relax. The people are good in here.

The hotel is in the center of the old town, convenient to move to Sword Lake and other attractions. Rooms are quite small, with minimal amenities, toilets are clean but are shared on the whole floor; room rates are quite cheap. Employees behave normally.

The location of the hotel is really excited, because of near in the night market. The room is enough good and helpful staff. No drinking water and dispenser.

I went all week and went back to the village to review it. Great service compared to the price, too ok for the holidays in the old quarter of Hanoi where expensive pieces are sliced. Wifi is hot, air conditioning is a cool ferry ferry. The minus point is that there is no elevator and no food is sold. However, compared to the price is too cheap. The food is full. I rented a bicycle in the trunk of the ark for a few days to play, and the assistants still helped me, and I even went to the house. it was great to sleep, after 11pm it would open the air conditional to sleep. it is cleaner than I expected. so I will visit there again next time

When I came into the hostel, the receptionist said "You can stay in 2nd floor today. Tomorrow you can move to 3rd floor if you want." Sounds nice since I thought it would be a better place. So I stayed in 2nd floor 1 night. I found it convenient until the next day and receptionist ask me to move to 3rd floor. In insisted and she force me to move because the whole 2nd floor has already booked by a family. Then I tell her I have paid for 3 days to stay there. She thought I lied so she checked her computer. We had a hot debate that day. She yelled at me and without respect offered me a refund from booking agent so I can leave that time. So rude. I know I have many baggage so I took my option to move to 3rd floor. I was so angry but thought it would be ok in 3rd floor. In 3rd floor... the situation are so bad. I found the room smells alcohol, an old western man flirting local young woman (could be prostitute) woman behind his curtain on his bed. What kind of hostel is this?!! This is the worst hostel I ever booked. I really dislike their service.

Nice place with cheap price. Suitable for short time backpackers, short time visit & long time traveller in Hanoi.

Small room, toilet is small and not very clean. I rent dorm bed and is bed 306 - upper bunk bed, all other beds have a ladder to climb their own but my bed and bed next to the same ladder so this small ladder has been divided into two, making it difficult and dangerous when climbing on the upper bed. I have fallen 1 from the ladder 1 time. Blinds of your beds are not tight, quite a large opening. Individual lights in each chamber are too bright. The stairs are dirty

AZ friends are friendly and good. But the soap for washing hands is still not there, the blanket is itchy, the cotton in the blanket is spilled out, the bed design is not very good.
