Location is not too far from the old quarter. The room is spacious, you have to walk a bit. The room is not very clean, I saw many dirty stains on the bed sheets. The window curtains were moldy and damp next to the bed. Everything is ok except the cleaning, I personally am not very satisfied.

The room is very good, spacious, clean, the bed is soft and comfortable to sleep on. The owner is cute and friendly. There is also a motorbike rental service. Very good value for money. Convenient for traveling to tourist attractions.

Great, cheap too. The room is like a hotel, but the only thing is to go up the stairs, there is no elevator, so pregnant mothers should consider carefully. The rest are all 10 points.

The homestay owner is very enthusiastic, helping us check in early, giving instructions, and carrying our luggage. 💯 No points but :)) Next time I come back to Hoi An, I will rent her homestay again ❣️❣️❣️ (I will also recommend it to my friends)

The room had no paper and was dirty. The staff was not enthusiastic. I left my car in the parking lot and the next day when I got off it was left outside in the sun, my helmet hanging on the wall. Too bad. Shouldn't rent!!!

Hello, I apologize for giving you a bad experience.
We always have a cleaning department and thoroughly check the room to meet cleanliness standards before handing over the room to guests. We have checked again and confirmed that the bathroom has paper available + 1 spare roll. We're sorry you couldn't find a scroll to use.
We absolutely do not arbitrarily take the passenger car out to the sun, but on the contrary, always put it inside the house in a cool place. The parking space next to us is very comfortable. However, I'm very sorry because that day another customer took your car out to get theirs, so we didn't take it back in.
