Không có chỗ đỗ xe, phần mô tả ghi có bãi đậu xe nhưng khi đến bảo vệ nói không có, không hỗ trợ khách hàng. Tôi phải bỏ phí số tiền đã chi ra ở đây. Quá thất vọng

Book phòng tại Trần Thái Tông nhưng bị đổi sang Đình Thôn, phòng cực kì mùi dầu mỡ, bát đũa rửa không sạch, rất nhiều mỡ, thậm chí không có cả nước rửa bát, gọi thì mới mang lên. Phòng bẩn, sofa bẩn, bát đũa bẩn,… các bạn nên né

Advantages - Large room - Super cute security guard Disadvantages - Room is very dusty (dust on all surfaces such as floors, tables, chairs, cabinets, etc.) - Room has a lot of smelly ants, just checked in saw a lot of ants on the table in the living room - Shower gel and shampoo packages used by previous customers still left the shells on the sink - In general, for a price of >500, it's not worth it. Won't come back next time!

Book thanh toán xong báo hết phòng trong khi mình book có hiển thị còn 2 phòng trống. Được chuyển qua 1 căn khác xa hơn 1 đoạn nhưng nói chung không hài lòng!

Ngày đầu tiên ấn tượng với chú bảo vệ cực thân thiện và hỗ trợ nhiệt tình. Tuy nhiên toà nhà bên cạnh đang xây dựng nên sáng sớm đã khoan cắt, đục đẽo ồn ào nên hơi khó chịu. Phòng có muỗi và không thay khăn tắm, 4 đêm chỉ dọn phòng 1 lần và ở phòng khách.

chị chủ khá nice, nhưng hôm mình đến xui hôm chú bảo vệ nghỉ trực nên hơi bất tiện chút xíu. cả lúc đang nghỉ mà chú cho người vào xem phòng thấy cũng rất kỳ. nhưng dạo gần đây xung quanh có công trình nên ban ngày tiếng búa gõ như tụng kinh luôn :))) ngủ trưa mà muốn siêu thoát luôn vậy á, đóng kín cửa cũng không ăn thua 🥲

chị chủ và bác bảo vệ rất thân thiện mến khách nha mng, nhiệt tình giúp đỡ mình thanh toán khi nhận phòng luôn. bếp còn ít bát + muỗng + vá mong cấp thêm ạ. xung quanh có winmart, chợ, cửa hàng tiện lợi,... rất ư là tiện á mọi người. mình ở đây 8 hôm rất thoải mái và thích lắm.

Chủ căn này đã quên lịch book phòng của mình, đến lúc mk gọi báo chuẩn bị sang nhận phòng thì họ mới ngớ người ra, sau đó sắp xếp cho mình 1 phòng khác, vừa xa vừa cũ vừa bẩn hơn, chăn gối màu trắng còn bị ẩm mốc. Lúc đầu thì bảo sẽ hỗ trợ phí đi lại xa, nhưng sau đó lại bảo do tụi mình check in muộn nên không hỗ trợ nữa, trong khi Mail đặt lịch báo check in trước 23h59 và lúc bọn mình tới là 23h. Giọng nói chuyện rất khó chịu. Bạn mình bảo thôi lễ Tết bỏ qua nhưng nó vẫn khiến tụi mình đã có 1 kì nghỉ đêm giáng sinh rất tệ khi thuê phải căn này.

I book room 696k. But it was time for me to realize that I was in a kid's room The room I received from the security was 701. After booking the room, no one contacted, and after checking in, I had to actively find out the phone numbers for things to contact to check in. The service is too unprofessional, when I realized that being in a baby room at the wrong price feels very good :)) The care of your booking guests is too weak. The rest of the room is clean, no problem arises.

Rooms like the same picture posted, spacious, comfortable, clean, here feels like home. However, there is no reception here, anything you need to message or call the manager. After that, we have to go down to the basement for help from the guards. This is a bit inconvenient for me, so it's good to have a receptionist.
