QUY ĐỊNH CHECK-IN TRONG GIAI ĐOẠN COVID / CHECK-IN POLICY DURING COVID:
- Tất cả khách đều phải được tiêm đủ 2 mũi Vaccine và mũi thứ hai phải được tiêm trên 14 ngày trước ngày nhận phòng hoặc khách đã hết bệnh Covid không quá 06 tháng. Khách phải xuất trình Thẻ Xanh hoặc giấy chứng nhận tiêm Vaccine khi nhận phòng. / All adult guests must be fully vaccinated and have received the 2nd dose more than 2 weeks prior to the arrival at Blue Ocean Resort or the guests must have recovered from Covid within the previous 6 months. The guests must show Greenpass or Vaccination Certificate upon arrival
- Số lượng khách tối đa ở được mỗi phòng là 02 người lớn. Trẻ em từ 12 tuổi trở xuống được ngủ chung phòng với bố mẹ. / The maximum adult occupancy per room is 2 adults. Children aged 12 years or younger can share the room with parents.
- Khách phải thực hiện quy trình di chuyển theo tắc: “01 cung đường – 02 điểm đến”, nghĩa là khách chỉ di chuyển trực tiếp từ nhà đến khu nghỉ dưỡng và không dừng lại để thăm quan, giải trí trên đường đi. / Guests must follow the direction of 1 road 2 destinations, meaning that you should travel directly from your homes and do not stop for leisure purposed along the way.
- Tất cả các khách trừ trẻ em từ 05 tuổi trở xuống phải xuất trình giấy xét nghiệm nhanh Covid âm tính do trung tâm xét nghiệm chính thức cấp vào ngày trùng với ngày nhận phòng (và vào ngày thứ 7 nếu lưu trú dài ngày). / All guests except children aged 5 years or younger must present a negative Covid rapid test issued by an official testing center on the date of the arrival (and on the 7th day for long stay).
- Khi đến resort, khách sẽ được đo nhiệt độ, vệ sinh tay bằng dung dịch sát khuẩn và phải quét mã QR để khai báo y tế. Nếu không có mã QR, quý khách phải điền vào tờ khai sức khoẻ ngoài thủ tục đăng ký nhận phòng thông thường. / Upon arrival at the resort the guests temperatures will be taken and the guests must check in with QR code scanner and sanitize hands. If you do not have a QR code, you must complete a health declaration form in addition to the usual check-in procedure.
- Hiện khách không được phép tham quan các cơ sở hoặc hoạt động khác ở Bình Thuận ngoài khu nghỉ dưỡng nên quý khách phải ở lại khu nghỉ dưỡng mọi lúc và không có dịch vụ bên ngoài nào có thể giao cho quý khách tại khu nghỉ dưỡng (không giao đồ ăn, v.v. ., quý khách cũng không thể đến cửa hàng hoặc điểm du lịch hoặc máy ATM). Hiện tại vì thành phố Phan Thiết đã lên cấp 3 nên chúng ta không thể tắm biển, nhưng quý khách vẫn có thể sử dụng hồ bơi của resort và bờ biển để ngắm cảnh biển. / The guests are currently not allowed to visit other establishments or activities in Binh Thuan outside of the resort so you would be required to stay in the resort at all times and no outside services can be delivered to you at the resort (no delivery food etc., you cannot go to shops or tourist attractions or ATM machines). Currently as Phan Thiet city is on level 3 we are not able to swim in the ocean, but you can still enjoy the use of our swimming pool and the beautiful beachside grounds to enjoy the ocean views.

- Resort sẽ không cung cấp các bữa ăn tự chọn (buffet), nhưng giá phòng của resort vẫn bao gồm bữa sáng (cả phong cách Việt Nam và phong cách quốc tế). / We will not be offering buffet meals, but our rates are still inclusive of a delicious breakfast (both Vietnamese style and international style options) that will be cooked fresh and served to our guests.

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
