The room price is average but when I checked in, the room was dirty, old, had a very strong musty smell, the equipment in the room was broken, old and covered with dust. I checked in and found it impossible to stay, so I had to lose the room and book another place to stay. A very bad experience. The only plus point is the enthusiastic staff.

Mọi thứ đều rất tệ, phòng cũ dơ, không phải bungalow như quảng cáo! phòng thì hứa đặt như hình nhưng đến nơi thì đã cho Khách nước ngoài thuê và đưa cho bọn mình 1 cái phòng hư vòi sen cũ kỹ và ẩm thấp! mình phải đổi phòng 2 -3 lần nhưng cuối cùng đi 2 đứa mà phải đưa cái phòng 2 giường vì hết phòng dù đã đặt trước và thang toán 100%! với lý do phòng rẻ thì chịu đi vậy! chẳng khác nào treo đầu dê bán thịt chó! - minibar thì không có 1 cái gì, trống trơn hôi! - Tivi thì không sử dụng được - phòng đầy bụi dù mình dặn dò phải dọn dẹp trước khi nhận phòng -Phòng không cách âm ồn ào - máy sấy tóc cũ hư và còn xẹt lửa - toilet cũ dơ Nói chung khi mới bước ra Phú Quốc mình đã thực sự down mood kinh khủng Chủ là người nước ngoài và có vẻ không thân thiện đâu ạ 🤣 Hy vọng những người VN có thể đọc được và né ra tránh 1 trải nghiệm tồi tệ như mình gặp phải

Gần bờ biển. Đi bộ lên đường từ khách sạn đến trạm xe buýt miễn phí của VINBUS khoản 500m xe chạy vòng vòng trung tâm, ra sân bay, ra khu vui chơi VINPEARL,nên đỡ tốn chi phí đi lại rất nhiều, nói chung là hài lòng

Rooms near the sea are 50m away. Clean - beautiful beach. Room was ok - quite clean . There is no food service at the hotel. There is live foreign music - the small bar operates quite late (until 12pm). Suitable for foreign guests - long stay - and those who love to explore - go out all day and come back to sleep only.

- Nhà nghỉ ở trong hẻm khá sâu, đường vào hơi nhếch nhác ngoằn ngoèo. - Đầu cổng là quán bar Tây hát hò đến khuya rất ồn. Nhà mình đi vào dịp tết nên bar mở đến 1-2h sáng. - Được cái nhân viên cũng nhiệt tình vui vẻ. - Nói chung là nằm ngay khu hẻm Tây balo, phù hợp với những ai thích hoạt động về đêm.

Cô phục vụ nhiệu tình ,điểm trừ khi vào phòng như mấy ngày chưa dọn xác dán vẫn còn trong phòng, phòng ở 4N/4D nhưng ở đến ngày thứ 3 vẫn chưa thấy dọn phòng, thay ga, thay khăn tắm phải gọi thay mới thay cho. Phòng dùng năng lượng mặt trời nên khi nào mưa thì xác định không có nước nóng nhưnh có sẵn bình siêu tốc cần thì đi mượn chậu nhà cô chủ.

The room is beautiful, just like the picture, but the water is not always hot and cold. Garden view so there will be occasional mosquitoes. Got the location 2 minutes to the sea, the owner is very nice to meet my additional requirements very quickly, next to the room there is a cafe with live music jubilantly at night.

The room is okay compared to the price range, has hot / cold water, good soundproofing. There is a kitchen suitable for traveling with family, at the beginning of the street to sell coffee. Walk 30m to the beach.

Tôi chủ yếu đi chơi nên chỉ cần chỗ để đồ và tối ngủ là ok, trong tầm giá này thì không đòi hỏi nhiều, phòng cũng sạch sẽ, mấy cô nhân viên thân thiện !

The space is close to the accommodation, so it's a bit humid, the owner lets you check in early, the hotel is near the sea, you can walk to take a bath. The water heater is not even. More suitable for young people than family.

The room looks a bit small compared to the picture, the quality is okay. The hostess enthusiastically introduced some island tours, allowing early check-in. Hotels near the sea can walk to the bath. The entrance is a bit difficult.
