Modern furniture. Location in downtown but not having good food in walking distance. Need to go farther than 1 km. Staff should be more proactive in solving problems. The minus point is the balcony. Really useless. Need to review asap.

3-star hotels lose to motels. The soundproofing is not good. The door is locked and sometimes it can't be opened. At 5 am there is no water to flush in the toilet. The hotel lost power without a generator. 7 floors walk. 7 o'clock to go to breakfast buffet without having to order. Do not go to this hotel
