Hotel staff not very happy, otherwise ok

The room was much nicer than I imagined. I arrived about 30 minutes earlier than check-in time but waited a bit and was able to check in earlier than 2pm. The staff was enthusiastic and friendly. The lobby and elevator were clean and fragrant. Motorbikes were always parked in the hotel lobby so I felt secure. The hotel was convenient to eateries and close to the beach. The room was clean, beautiful, fully equipped, the windows were relatively large, and there was a nice mountain view. But one drawback was that the water heater was hard to adjust, sometimes it was hot and sometimes it wasn't. That's all, everything else was okay. I'll stay here again if I have the chance.

The room was fully equipped, the air conditioner was big and new, everything was very ok, the owner and staff were friendly, the hotel had an extra charge for early check-in or late check-out but compared to the price and service I received, it was not too much. Because I had previously stayed at another hotel that was 1.5 times more expensive but the facilities were very bad and the pictures were intentionally taken wide but the room was small. Camy made me very satisfied and I will definitely come back or recommend it to acquaintances.
