The hotel is in a convenient location, with many restaurants. The staff is okay. I had a problem booking a room on the wrong date on Agoda, but the male receptionist at the hotel helped me change the date even though I couldn't cancel/contact Traveloka at that time.

The staff members were amazing and very attentive to things. The room was awesome and with the amenities it came with, another plus point. The breakfast they offered was variety too. Thank you to Cicilia DaNang Hotel.

I'd like a room with a bathtub in front of the bed. But got a sink behind the bed. To be honest, I'm disappointed. There should be an option in the apps: Junior Ociean Suit room with a sink in front of the bed and Junior Ociean Suit room with a sink behind the bed. Guests will not be disappointed.

Hanging a sheep's head and selling dog meat. Bought a room in one way and gave it to someone else in a different room than described. Wasted money on a sea view but couldn't use it in the end. Too bad.

I came and booked a room with 2 glass sides and a sea view, but the staff mistakenly arranged my room into a suite with a balcony and a small sea view in the tea drinking area (the balcony looked across to another building). I asked to change rooms, but due to a mistake, the room I chose was no longer available. Overall, it was not very okay. The hotel has a sea view, but the sea is not very good when staying on the lower floors.
