Booked a room for 3 days but asked to clean the room and was charged 120k separately. First time staying at a hotel and being charged for cleaning

A truly horrible experience in life. From the room to the service staff. The attitude of yelling at the guests, the bed sheets were moldy, the room smelled of mold, the air conditioner was like there was no air conditioner, dirty. Even though I sympathized with Homes to handle the problem, they told the guests to wait according to the procedure (Homes' fault, waiting for Homes to resolve the problem meant they were about to check out (I stayed for 2 days)). No response, no notification to the guests, waiting for the guests to ask and get angry before answering. The worst horror I have ever experienced when sleeping on a dirty bed in a room with a foul smell.

It is a self-service system but it works unprofessionally * I booked a room for check-in time at 8pm, but for personal reasons I could not arrive at the hotel until 11pm. At 10:45pm, a staff member called me to give me my ID card information to do the automatic check-in procedure. For example, if I arrive at 8pm as scheduled, how can I enter the hotel? The hotel gate is locked, there is no staff at the hotel. * After that, I had a little problem entering the code to get the room card, calling the hotline all kinds of things but it was not possible while it was already 12am. The next morning, the staff reported that there was no staff on duty last night, even though it was the weekend. I was quite upset. * The hot water system is not working. The dryer only dries for 1 minute and then turns off after 2 minutes. Overall, the service quality is poor.

Instructions for private self-check-in, however the room door is not soundproof. At night people playing in the hallway can still be heard clearly.

Room in the center of District 10, walking distance to Su Van Hanh or 3/2. Room is not very new, bathroom is a bit small. But for the price, it is very suitable.

The hotel is quite comfortable and convenient, the rooms are clean and close to the center, making it very convenient to go anywhere. The price is cheap, highly recommend. I booked this room to hang out with an idol, so I'll temporarily post a photo of hanging out with an idol, hihi
