Very bad. Super dirty. Old stuff. Moldy. Like 2-3 years without cleaning. Bed is itchy and uncomfortable. Not worth the price. Like a scam. No place to post actual photos, I'll post them for everyone to see.

Very bad experience: - The bedding was very dirty and filthy even though it had been changed. - The space was moldy. - The water was very weak. - The online support staff was enthusiastic, but the on-site staff who came to ask for the key had a very bad attitude towards the guests. - When it was time to check out at exactly 12 o'clock, the staff knocked on the door and urged the guests to check out very loudly. - After staying for 5 days, they said they wanted to change to a bigger and cleaner room, but they said it was full, while I was the only one in the house. I don't want to post all the pictures because it's disgusting. - The automatic online model is very good, but because of this offline service style, it's also zero. => In short, it was a very bad experience, I will NEVER come back.

A truly horrible experience in life. From the room to the service staff. The attitude of yelling at the guests, the bed sheets were moldy, the room smelled of mold, the air conditioner was like there was no air conditioner, dirty. Even though I sympathized with Homes to handle the problem, they told the guests to wait according to the procedure (Homes' fault, waiting for Homes to resolve the problem meant they were about to check out (I stayed for 2 days)). No response, no notification to the guests, waiting for the guests to ask and get angry before answering. The worst horror I have ever experienced when sleeping on a dirty bed in a room with a foul smell.

It is a self-service system but it works unprofessionally * I booked a room for check-in time at 8pm, but for personal reasons I could not arrive at the hotel until 11pm. At 10:45pm, a staff member called me to give me my ID card information to do the automatic check-in procedure. For example, if I arrive at 8pm as scheduled, how can I enter the hotel? The hotel gate is locked, there is no staff at the hotel. * After that, I had a little problem entering the code to get the room card, calling the hotline all kinds of things but it was not possible while it was already 12am. The next morning, the staff reported that there was no staff on duty last night, even though it was the weekend. I was quite upset. * The hot water system is not working. The dryer only dries for 1 minute and then turns off after 2 minutes. Overall, the service quality is poor.

The hotel offers self-check-in, but on the day I arrived I still did not receive a check-in confirmation. It was not until I called that the hotel contacted me, and in general, I laughed and joked. By the time I entered the room, it was very dirty. From the sofa to the bed sheet, the toilet, the room is cramped, but for the price of 400, you don't need a big room. Mình vào Hồ Chí Minh công tác 2 ngày và đã có trải nghiệm tuyệt vời tại Cozrum. Thực sự đã được các bạn hỗ trợ nhiều, tiện nghi trong phòng rất đầy đủ, thực tế giống ảnh giới thiệu khi coi thông tin trên traveloka nha. Phòng kiểu này ở nước ngoài mình đi r giờ mới thấy ở Việt Nam cũng có nên rất xịn luôn ^,^
