I came back here for the 3rd time and this time was probably the most disappointing. When I checked in, there was 1 room and 1 room upstairs. Even though there were 2 adults and 2 children in the house, they asked to change to a room downstairs because there were small children and adults with sore feet. They were told there were no more rooms. It was not until the evening when the air conditioner in the children's room upstairs was not cool that they were able to change rooms. In the morning, when I went to eat the breakfast buffet, the table was already occupied and the empty table was said to be prepared for group guests. When I found a table and was about to sit down, the restaurant staff approached me and said: "Uncle, can you sit at the table outside?" "If it's a table prepared for group guests, please put a sign or block it in advance, don't let us go find a seat and then say go somewhere else. When we went to the beach, we waited for the tram. When we came back from the beach, we also waited for the tram. But there were too many group guests so we continued to wait. The happiest moment was when there were 2 trams, I was happy, thinking that a car would leave, but one drove away and the other parked there and said to wait for the other car to return. The swimming pool had a pool party, and in the afternoon when I wanted to go swimming, the music was loud. There were days when I went swimming, before it was break time, I saw the pool staff fidgeting in and out to check their watches. Children wanted to borrow a float to play with, but they ran in to ask the staff and then came out and said the staff said the float was for rent and not for lending, even though they had borrowed it the last time they went out. In general, I went back and was disappointed.

This place is ok, but everywhere you go you have to wait for the tram, but the tram drivers are also very enthusiastic and happy. If you park your car in front of the room, it's better because sometimes it's inconvenient to have a lot of luggage up and down. Very good, my family will come back to stay for 4 days and 3 nights next week.

The speech of every process is very slow such as check in and check out. The buffet is not good, a lot of left over foods right at the food area. No one clean up at all. We don't feel safe for the swimming pool as no one look after the swimmer if something happen. The driver of transit car driving very fast while a lot of parent with kids walking closed to room.

The beach is 900m from the resort, you have to travel by the resort's electric car, but the electric car and electric car staff are too few, not meeting the needs of guests moving to the beach or moving within the resort. The whole family had to walk from the bedroom to the beach and vice versa because the electric car did not come or waited too long, wasting time in the tour plan so we had to walk. The breakfast buffet was bad, the food was not delicious and the food was gone but there was no more. If you go down late, there is nothing interesting to eat. The only good thing is that the room is spacious and clean. But will not come back because Nha Trang now has many choices for hotels - resorts.

This is the third time I've been here, the room is quite spacious, the price is very reasonable for my family. There is a swimming pool, children's play area, zoo, private beach, restaurant, etc. Only the bathroom is a bit inconvenient, because the bathroom cover is quite open, so it's a bit inconvenient for the family.
