The resort is awesome, though room is large we were provided an extra bed for free. What I like the most is the landscape design, there are hundreds of trees and lighting with lots of flowers in the Tet. Only minor disappointment is the staff in beach restaurant, I wish they could smile.

Check in and check out takes a long time, it should clearly state the policy to collect money for children over 6 years old. The staff was not enthusiastic to assist me when checking in. It seemed very professional to welcome guests with the words welcome on the TV screen but With someone's name that's not my family's name, I'm a little disappointed in the service for a 5-star resort. Besides, the view of the room and the pool is nothing to complain about.

Từ thái độ phục vụ không mấy thân thiện của nhân viên (trừ bộ phận lễ tân) , đến dịch vụ của khách sạn (xe điện hầu như là phải chờ rất lâu khi gọi...) , đến cơ sở vật chất phòng ở (như rèm kéo, vòi sen ở bồn tắm không sử dụng được, nhà vệ sinh tại bể bơi sát biển rất hôi và bẩn... resort DH chưa xứng đáng với vị thế là 1 rs 5* . Tuy nhiên giá được sale xuống, chắc có lẽ vì thế mà chất lượng cũng đi xuống. Chê cũng phải có khen, ở chỗ buffe sáng ngon, đa dạng. Mình cũng đã có một kỳ nghỉ lễ ổn, nhưng để nói trải nghiệm sự chuyên nghiệp của 1 ra đẳng cấp 5* thì không xứng đáng và thua nhiều so với các cùng đẳng cấp 5* tại khu vực Bãi Dài

Resort yên tĩnh, tạo cảm giác bình yên thư thái. Mình ở 1 ngày 2/9. Lễ nên khách đông, chờ lâu giai đoạn check in, chứ sau đó do resort rộng rãi nên không có cảnh chen chúc khó chịu gì cả. Phòng thơm tinh dầu, sạch sẽ. Phòng view Garden Premium rất thoải mái. Biển sạch và bể bơi rộng. Đồ ăn sáng buffet vừa miệng. Các bạn nhân viên rất lễ phép, nhiệt tình với mình. Sẽ đến lần nữa

Đặt áp mgg nên được giá rẻ hơn. Nhưng các tiện ích đi kèm thì không có hoặc nhân viên lễ tân không nói cho khách để sdung. Trên fb của resort có ctrinh trà chiều free, book villa được 30p spa cho 1 khách, mình book villa 1 phòng ngủ mà chả được lễ tân báo cho sử dụng. Cũng là do lỗi mình khi book không hỏi kĩ nên thôi. Nhưng thực sự lễ tân bên resort kphai tất cả nhưng có người hơi hời hợt, còn lại các vị trí khác đều nhiệt tình cẩn thận lắm. Resort siêu xinh nha. Nhiều góc chụp ảnh lắm ý mình còn chưa chụp hết đc. Phòng villa nhiều cây với hồ ao nước nên tối có muỗi 🥲 đốt tỉnh ngủ luôn. Đồ ăn sáng rất ngon nhé. Vẫn recommend. À mình đi đầu tháng 7 mà vắng khách nên chỉ mở mỗi 1 nhà hàng beach house nhưng mình không ăn. Định đi louge cũng không mở

The hotel room is nice, but the receptionist and beltman are not friendly, do not support guests, I have questions to call down to the front desk but talk unprofessionally, not polite, 5 star resort but the service is not good. The rest, the food is good, the restaurant staff is good

The hotel is very good, has many incentives such as massage or kayak, beautiful beach, delicious breakfast buffet. I found the staff mostly not as welcoming as the resorts I went to in Phu Quoc or Phan Thiet.

Resort mới nên cơ sở vật chất tốt, sạch sẽ, sàn lót gỗ, set up cả Honey moon cho mình, rất hài lòng về room service và front office hỗ trợ khách rất tốt, book xe đưa đón sân bay nhanh chóng và không mất phí. Tuy nhiên, nhược điểm là không cách âm tốt, phòng kế bên nói chuyện là nghe rõ mồn một. Resort đon khách đoàn là chính nên rất đông và ồn ào Nhà hàng The Beach House giá khá chát mà thức ăn không ngon và không được chăm chút cho lắm, buffet sáng ít món mà toàn món chiên xào không đặc sắc lắm, ăn tạm được!

The room is ok as shown in the picture, walking distance to the sea is quite far from the room, waiting for the tram for a long time. Breakfast has a lot of dishes, the day I went to the beach, I couldn't take a bath, the check-out procedure took a long time.
