Beautiful, modern homestay, prime location right on the slope of the village house, convenient to go anywhere. Good facilities, there is wifi that disconnects from time to time =)))) Luckily, it's not much, so it's a bit annoying for me but not too annoying. The staff is cute, I booked a car here, the car seems new, the staff is very supportive. I changed from a 125 to a 160 but accidentally filled up the tank of the 125 and she supported me to drain the gas so I filled it up on the 160. 10 points. The homestay has a list of destinations, places to eat and play in Da Lat (according to Google reviews). Since I already had a place I wanted to go, I didn't need it, but those who don't know where to go will probably need it. Right on the slope of the village house, where the Homestay is walking to Da Lat market, there is a small but quite good Jera egg coffee shop, right on the slope going down there is Ut Cung banh can shop, from the house, walk along Phan Dinh Phung street in the evening there is Ms. Lan's soy milk right at 185 PDP, delicious to drink, in general, there is no need to worry about eating and drinking ^^ Will continue to stay here when I return to Da Lat next time.

At first I didn't believe in the super good reviews (don't want to get my hopes up haha) but it turns out that all the reviews are true. Communication: h-1 I was contacted via WA about the time of arrival in Dalat, then given an address in Vietnamese to show to the driver who will take me, complete with photos and directions. I took the sleeper bus, planned to arrive at 6 am, the host said I could enter at 7 am and check in early at 8 without extra charge. When we met, the host was very fluent in English, so he was fluent in asking questions. Location: not on the roadside exactly, you have to go up a slight incline in the alley, so the atmosphere is calm. The incline there is similar to the atmosphere in Korea. There are lots of small cafes there, not far from a row of cute shops, the night market, and the lake. Room: I ordered a room for three people in the basement, it turned out that there were two room choices and we were allowed to choose, it was even recommended to choose a bigger, more expensive one, without additional costs. Even though it's a basement, air circulation is still okay, even without air conditioning (since this is a mountain, it's still cold). Then, there are two entrances, the one to the building and the basement garage, so it's better to go into the basement. Every night at 8 pm the door is closed and access is only via the basement. The mattress is comfortable, everything is okay, only there aren't many mirrors, there's only one in the bathroom :) it's just a matter of getting dressed, it's complicated to fight for space hahaha. Same with the bathroom floor, it's not tilted enough, so the water from the bathroom instead of going into the channel actually floods the room, it's muddy. But that's not the drawback. Hopefully in other rooms it's not like that. Recommended places: the host has prepared a list on Google maps that we can save containing lists of restaurants, street vendors, important places like laundry and pharmacies, tourist attractions, basically all places that can and are recommended to be visited in Dalat. So if you're still here, you just have to read and select the list that has been provided. I use some for inspiration for breakfast anyway, and it's really delicious.

Phòng đẹp thoải mái, không gian bao quát rất thoáng. Các thiết bị như máy nước nóng, tủ lạnh, tivi, wifi hoạt động rất tốt. Dịch vụ rất ok, từ tầng để xe tới quầy lễ tân trang trí rất hiện đại.

It was really nice homestay. I would highly recommend it for everyone.
