Vẫn nhận booking nhưng đến nơi thì báo hết phòng , đêm hôm lại phải lọ mọ đi tìm chỗ khác. Tiền phòng 10 ngày rồi chưa thấy được hoàn lại, gọi khách sạn thì cứ báo sẽ liên lạc lại nhưng chẳng thấy có ai liên lạc 😑

Lần đàu tiên vợ chồng tôi đến khách sạn này. Sau khi trải nhiệm tôi thấy rất ưng và hài lòng từ sự phục vụ chu đáo của các bạn nhân viên. Đồ ăn sáng cũng ngon. Khách sạn sạch sẽ. Tôi rất ưng bà hài lòng. Lần sau đến tôi vẫn chọn nơi này ❤️✌️✌️👌👍

Reception staff are not professional, do not solve problems that arise. Management saw also did not come out to solve. In general, will never come back to such an unprofessional hotel, wifi is not working, rooms are quite old and services are boring.

Khách sạn 4 sao mà điều hoà hỏng , đổi sang phòng khác thì nhà vệ sinh bốc mùi hôi , đặc biệt là đặt trên hệ thống cho 3 người lơn và 3 trên em hệ thống hiển thì là 2 phòng mỗi phòng 2 giường , hệ thống traveloka báo là bạn đã thanh toán xong cho 6 người ở 3 đêm , mà khi vào check in thì lễ tân không báo gì cả đến khi check out hì nói thu thêm phụ phí . Bó tay 4 sao mà dịch vụ quá quá quá tệ . Làm mất hình tượng đà nẵng trong lòng khách du lịch , không bao giờ ở khách sạn này lần thứ 2

Review: giá rẻ so với vị trí, phòng 3 người rộng rãi, tầng 14 view đẹp, khách sạn khá to/rộng có sảnh chờ rộng rãi ngồi ngắm đường phố khá thích, ăn sáng đa dạng nhưng không ngon lắm, cafe trong buffet sáng ngon. Hàng ngày không kiểm tra dầu gội sữa tắm và đồ trong phòng tắm để thay/bổ sung cho khách, bổ sung nước uống cũng chậm - mình đặt 4 đêm - nhưng nhân viên dễ chịu sẵn sàng hỗ trợ, k.sạn 4* nhưng không được hiện đại, một số tiện ích/khu vực chung thì đẹp/tiện tuy nhiên phòng chỉ tương đương 3*. Delicious breakfast, hotel near the sea. Soundproof is relatively good. However affected by the large hotels that are building around, the hotel management has tried to refrain. Overall, the hotel is suitable for both leisure and business. Drive motorbike about 7p to Han river bridge.

The hotel should improve the equipment in the room. Bath towels are quite old and torn edges. The exhaust fan in the bathroom is not working. The doorbell is sometimes there. The hotel should change the smell in the room, because it is very unpleasant when checking in. The plus point here is quite good food
