Good staff, room price 1 million, 4 comfortable beds. The device is a bit old but it's ok. There is no place to park motorbikes. Must park in separate motorbike parking area

Với tầm giá này ở phố cổ là hợp lý .mình ở p406 13 đêm . yên tĩnh không đến nỗi quá ồn . phòng ok lễ Tân nhiệt tình. có một chút không hài lòng về cô dọn dẹp tóc ngắn .ngoài ra mọi thứ đối với mình đều OK. Lần tới về sẽ vẫn ở đây !

Thank you for using the services of diamond Nostalgia hotel & Spa! Customer feedback is not enough. It's true that the hotel charges you an additional fee of 300k. The hotel has explained that according to the hotel's policy, if you book a standard dbl or tiw room for 2 people with children under 6 staying with parents, if you upgrade the room to a nicer room, pay an additional fee of 150k when you return. When checking in for a group room, there were more people, so the hotel charged an extra 300k to stay in a family room with a balcony. This is true to TVLK's politicians. Before checking in, the hotel staff explained it very clearly to the group. Everyone in the group also understood and agreed. However, you commented that the hotel's score was very low for that reason. The hotel did not agree. I hope you will review and consider the above comment because it greatly affects the hotel's business. Thank you so much, Sister!

The hotel stays in next to 2 bars are not soundproof, can't sleep at night because it 's too noisy, the room smells musty and not clean. Too bab.

Extra charge for 4 nights due to room change (very noisy), no breakfast, but when you miss booking for 1 more night but change the ticket early, the hotel is not flexible to cancel but still collect the normal fee

Khách sạn take care tốt. Nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình giúp đỡ khách khi cần. Khách sạn trung tâm nên dễ kiếm đồ ăn ngon. Mặc dù mình đáp chuyến sớm nhưng chị lễ tân vẫn cho mình check in sớm mà không tính thêm phí. Chắc chắn sẽ giới thiệu bạn bè và người thân để quay lại lần 2. Cảm ơn khách sạn rất nhiều!

khách sạn ở trung tâm phố cổ đi đâu cũng tiện nhưng sát cạnh bar nên rất ồn, ồn đến tận 3h sáng và bạn cùng phòng của mình không thể ngủ được. Phòng có mùi đồ ăn từ dưới bốc lên rất rất khó chịu. Máy điều hòa bị hỏng gọi nhân viên lên sửa nhưng về vẫn không sử dụng được. Phòng cũng không có điện thoại để liên lạc hay gọi lễ tân.

Book now for Christmas. The price is cheaper than other places but the room is quite boring. Old and humid, at night it is quite noisy due to the bars. If you go to T6-CN when renting a motorbike, you have to send it outside (not too far but quite inconvenient). However, the staff is quite enthusiastic. Location near familiar places, easy to go :)
