I stayed at night at a guest on the ground floor, the pump was so noisy that I couldn't sleep. In addition, the ground floor has a lot of mosquitoes, I think the hotel should find a way to overcome these.

Check-in policy is not flexible. Actually that is normal but most of the time I get the flexibility in many other hotels. This hotel is not so I am not satisfied. While in the pictures posted for sale, there is a refrigerator but the room I stayed in did not, I did not complain but the hotel calculates every hour. I am very very unsatisfied.

I booked at Hoang Ngan 2 and had already paid for the room, but when I arrived, the reception said that the room was out of Hoang Ngan 1 and there the room still had mold and toilet paper, and the room for 4 people gave me 3 brushes and 2 towels. Bath water is sometimes hot and sometimes cold. Too bad !!!

Clean hotel, friendly staff. However, the room is super poor, the room next door opens and closes the door is very noisy. At the same time, there are also many mosquitoes in the room, sleeping and beating mosquitoes

I am very pleased to stay at the hotel. Quiet location, close to the center, clean and fully equipped, staff are also very enthusiastic. Hoang Ngan 2 will still be the preferred choice when I have the opportunity to return to Vinh.
