Our stay at a rustic treehouse near the river was nothing short of magical. Surrounded by lush gardens and jungle, we were immersed in the sounds of nature—chirping crickets, rustling leaves, and the gentle rain. The treehouse was impeccably clean, with a cozy bed that gave us the best sleep we've had in years. Toc and Xuan, our incredible hosts, went above and beyond to make our visit unforgettable. Xuan led us on a cycling tour through the coconut village, where we encountered water buffalos, learned about local life, and took shelter from sudden rain with a kind shrimp farmer. Toc treated us to a fishing trip on the river, complete with a BBQ on the boat—an unforgettable feast surrounded by serene beauty. We also had a philosophical conversation, which allowed us to learn more about Vietnamese culture and how it differs in the best way possible to ours. Their care extended to thoughtful gestures, like helping us dry our soaked shoes after a Monkey Island trip. The adorable neighbor’s dog, who kept us company, added extra charm. This authentic escape, away from Hoi An's crowds, was pure bliss. Highly recommend! 🙏❤️

This is an Airbnb away from the tourist traps and a living in the community experience. Spring and Toc are wonderful hosts, and there are lots of activities to do around the house.

This homestay is incredible! The gorgeous treehouse home was comfortable and authentic. The beds comfortable, bathroom good, facilities great, wonderful garden and it was lovely to immerse yourself in the green away from the town. There is some noise (chickens, insects) and the curtains do not block out all light at night so wear earplugs and an eye mask if this bothers you. These factors did not negatively influence our stay at all. Spring was a wonderful, kind, helpful host and we had the best time going on bike rides around the rice fields, visiting the Buddhist temple, going on a sunrise bike ride and ocean swim. We also did a wonderful boat trip to see the sunset, go fishing, catch crabs, go on basket boats, and had a delicious BBQ on the boat on the water and had a lovely evening. This homestay is rustic and not a 5 star hotel, so if you’re looking for this go elsewhere. This is an incredible opportunity to experience another side of Hoi An and I would highly recommend to anyone!!

Phenomenal homestay. Tóc is a great host, offering delicious homegrown fruit for us every morning. Room had great AC, and the nicest bed I’ve slept in all trip. She also took us on a cool bike tour of the rice fields and buffalo.

Really helpful, pleasant, and interesting hosts. The garden was filled with butterflies, our room was very nice, and the food was outstanding! This is a nice part of town to spend some time in with good restaurants, beautiful countryside, and access to the river nearby.
