The hotel has clean rooms. Spacious. Full elevator. On the ground floor there is a restaurant with delicious food. The manager's voice is very pleasant to listen to. Right in District 5. Next to An Dong market so eating and drinking is also convenient. Easy to move around. Near hospitals for medical examination. It is also convenient for my family to go to the hospital. Near Children's Hospital 1. Near hospitals. From the airport, taking a Mai Linh taxi costs 160k, which is reasonable. In general, the space is very ok. There is also a family cook if you want to upgrade the room package. Worth staying at a reasonable price.. :) What I like is that it is right in the Chinese area and near the market selling accessories, so it is very convenient to go shopping or eat delicious food...

Phòng không giống như trên ảnh , ở dưới là nhà hàng của 1 bên khác nên trông lộm nhộm, phòng xấu ọp ẹp, còn có mùi lạ trong phòng, không thể ở nổi dù không được back lại tiền vẫn quyết check out ngay sau 40p ở trong phòng để tìm khách sạn khác🥲🥲 trải nghiệm quá tệ , không có phòng lệ tân hẳn hoi, trông tệ hơn nhà nghỉ chứ ko phai khách sạn luôn í

Anyone who needs a hotel in District 5 or the surrounding area must definitely book right here. Cheap room but 10/10 quality, super clean, security area, new furniture. The two acs manage like family, thank you very much. After reading the feedback, book immediately, don't hesitate anymore 🥰

phục vụ rất là bth, bên dưới là nhà hàng bên trên là ks, lúc mình check in thì không có quầy check in, chỉ có 1 cô ngồi bên ngoài dẫn khách lên thui, lúc mình gửi xe xong thì mình đi qua cửa chính, còn bạn bên nhà hàng nói với cô là mình tới check in, mà cô vẫn không đứng dạy dẫn mình lên phòng check in, chỉ ngồi đó nhìn mình, cho tới khi mình chạy qua chỗ cô, cô mới đứng dạy dẫn mình lên với thái độ không hài lòng. mình cũng không kiếm cô, mình gọi hẵn tới 1 số điện thoại khác của 1 anh, anh cũng vui vẻ đáp ứng, có điều phục vụ hơi chậm.

All the services here are very good, there is no restriction on opening and closing time, you can go back late, you can go back, there is a lot of night food around the hotel, just order Gojek and you will have it.

Thấy nhiều bạn đánh giá tệ hay không sạch sẽ nên lúc đầu mình cũng lo lắng nhưng trước khi đến Mẹ mình có điện thoại nói bạn quản lý giúp dọn dẹp sạch sẽ trước khi đến. Bạn ấy cũng vui vẻ hỗ trợ và nói cứ yên tâm nếu phòng không sạch sẽ có thể trả phòng. Mẹ mình rất kỹ tính, khi đến ở Mẹ mình thấy phòng dọn dẹp sạch sẽ, bạn quản lý nhiệt tình, vui vẻ dẫn lên xem phòng. Mình nghĩ ở khách sạn nào cũng vậy, nếu sợ bẩn các bạn có thể liên hệ trước khi đến sẽ thuận tiện hơn. Đó là trãi nghiệm thực tế của mình về khách sạn. Thanks for your comment. Every hotel has its own rules about check-in and check-out times. We have specified check-in time at 2pm and check-out time at 12pm. However, you personally are a special case, initially asking for a late check-out at 2pm, we have agreed to support surcharge free. However, then you want to continue to check out at 18:00. It's ridiculous to us and we refuse your request and you leave a random comment. We hope you will be more civilized and understanding when renting a hotel. 1 great experience! The hotel is clean, airy, quiet, modern, spacious. Right in the center of District 5, although there is no car park in front, but about 200m away, there is a large car park right at An Dong market less than 5 minutes walk. The price is very reasonable and affordable. Our group of 14 booked a very comfortable room. Everyone who visits Ho Chi Minh City, if you want to experience the quintessential Chinese cuisine, you must stay here, going to locations in District 1, District 3, District 5, District 10, District 11 apart from each other. about 5-10 minutes walk. motorcycle! Most importantly, this area has almost no traffic jams ;). Located next to the famous Nguyen Trai shopping area.

Em đặt phòng qua app với giá 1tr80 cho phòng 6 người. Giá rất ổn và anh chủ rất thân thiện. Mặc dù phòng và nhà vệ sinh không giống như hình, khách sạn không có lễ tân, đường ra vào khá bất tiện, tivi thì hư phải đợi người đến sửa, phòng không có thùng rác nhưng với giá đó thì em cũng không có nhiều ý kiến. Vấn đề nằm ở chỗ chú bảo vệ (người nói toà nhà này là của mình chỉ cho người ta thuê lại) Em nhận phòng buổi trưa và được chị quản lý đưa cho 1 tấm thẻ và bảo tối về chỉ cần đưa cho chú bảo vệ nói mình ở phòng *** có 4 khách thì chú sẽ mở cửa cho vào. Đến chiều khi em lấy xe đi ăn thì chú lại bảo là 2 xe thì phải có 2 thẻ và tụi em đã liên hệ với anh chủ, tụi em đứng chờ và nhận được thêm 1 thẻ. Lúc đó đã nói chuyện 1 lần và tưởng như mọi chuyện đã xong nhưng không. Đến tối về tụi em lại bị chú bảo vệ đó làm khó. Trước đó khoảng 30’ em đã gọi điện cho anh chủ và hỏi anh là em có thể thêm 1 người được không. Anh trả lời là ok em bên anh không phụ thu gì đâu. Em cũng đã hỏi trước vậy thẻ lên phòng và giữ xe mà em bị vấn đề lúc chiều thì có vấn đề không? Anh cũng trả lời là không sao cả. Đến khi e về khách sạn là hơn 12h tụi em mbị chú chặn lại trước cửa bảo là bao nhiêu người bao nhiêu cái thẻ mới được lên, ai không có không được lên phòng. Em mới nói ủa hồi chiều tụi con đã giải quyết xong bây giờ sao chú lại nói mỗi người 1 cái. Chú lại bảo chú nói từ đầu là như vậy rồi. Và cuối cùng chỉ có 2 người lên được còn 3 đứa con gái bọn em phải đứng ngoài đường đợi gọi anh chủ. Em không hiểu tại sao một khách sạn với đánh giá cao lại đối xử với khách như vậy? Nếu từ đầu quy định là mỗi người 1 thẻ sao không đưa hoặc nói gì bọn em? Một trải nghiệm quá tệ khi em bỏ tiền ra mà bị đối xử như 1 người xin ngủ nhờ

The hotel service is very standard, the room does not have a toothbrush, no turn, no reception room, guests share the elevator with the owner but the owner does not ask how good the room is, until he runs away to ask. I just saw the reply photo. Very bad.
