I had a great time staying at this hotel. I don't usually leave reviews but this one is a must! I have stayed at other hotels before but Lavague definitely gave me one of the best memories. I definitely feel more like home compared to other hotels. The room was very clean & well touched with a nice view of the ocean. The price is unbeatable for a nice ocean view room. If I was to stay at other hotels, I would usually have to pay 2x more for the same ocean view room. Their management & customer service team were super helpful, caring & professional during my stay. Gave me lot of suggestions for newer and cool places to hang out in the city. I would definitely come back again. If you are on a fence of booking this hotel over others, go ahead and book it! You will love it like how I did.

Tran Phu street frontage, view straight to Vinpearl, great for watching fireworks at night, opposite the hotel is a beach. Good soundproofing, clean room, soft and firm bed, a bigger bathtub would be better. Breakfast buffet is not very rich. Great memories!!! ❤️

The hotel kept the guest's ID card (against the regulations), after the guest left, they did not proactively return the ID card, forcing the guest to go back to get it halfway. When asked, the receptionist denied it, saying that he had told the guest, but in fact he had not. They did not support the guest, forcing the guest to go back to the reception desk to get it even though the guest was at risk of missing the flight. The hotel is far from the center (Tram Huong Tower), the entertainment spots are a bit far away, the room quality is okay, the receptionist quality is bad, the quality of the person helping with the suitcase is OK.

1. The room is very small, the decoration is not good, lacking everything… 2. The surrounding location is only near Vinpearl, the rest of the food and shopping is very far away, inconvenient. 3. The reception staff feels unfriendly, the staff can connect and introduce guests to some bad restaurants, rip off without price list….

Pros: - Cheap price, good service, there is a very cute luggage porter. - Very nice view, I didn't think that cheap price can have such a nice view and room. - The room has a pleasant smell, breakfast is quite diverse. Cons: About the bedroom: - My bed still has some thin hairs (left by previous guests) probably too thin so it's a bit difficult to clean. - The breakfast buffet has a bit bland drinks, like mixed with a lot of water and sugar.
