Pleasantly surprised by this gem located close to the office-very clean, nicely appointed room with a kitchenette. Super clean & front desk service was outstanding.

Don't waist money to stay this place. All photos they posted not the same as actual. Mattresses so hard, room full of dust. Also lack of management.

Large studio room with ensuite kitchenette, can do cooking if preferred. Amazed at the price paid for such sized room. Bed is a bit hard for my liking. Bathroom is a little too airy like a dormitory style toilet. Hot water comes really slow, but rain shower is strong. Air condition is weak but be patient and room will be cooled.

Housekeeping refused to clean the dishes and cups!
The only reason I pick serviced apartments for long business stays is for the access to a small kitchenette and washing machine.
Just today, the housekeeping and front desk informed me that they no longer clean dishes as part of housekeeping. I find that that to be utter nonsense because I am paying a premium compared to other hotels in the area.
I have stayed in various other serviced apartments (average 10 days stay) and they never refuse to wash the dishes if they provide a kitchenette.
It is common sense that the guests will want to use the kitchenette if it is provided. If you expect the guests to wash the dishes themselves, have the decency to provide some cleaning apparatus and detergent at least!

The place is very clean, bed and pillows are comfortable. The reception is nice and quick. The kitchen appliances, utensil, and dishware in the room are clean and complete. Wi-fi sometimes can be erratic, while the cable TV has bad reception during half of my stay. The location is on a small and quiet street, but quite safe at night.

All good. Just poor wifi and it affects me to watch TV. So i don watch tv for tht 2 days stay. Overall are good.

The room had a broken air conditioner so we had to wait for a long time. When the customer asked to change to another room, the staff said the room was full (The customer tried to book another room on the app and it was still available), the room had a bad smell and had not been used for a long time. The trip was long and tiring and checking in at the hotel was around 6pm but had to wait, the reason given was not reasonable; really bad
