Staff, service, hotel are all very ok. Went on the day the restaurant on the beach had a party, in return the hotel sent quite delicious cakes. The sea at the end of the year has big waves, swimming is quite dangerous

The soundproofing of the room is not very good, the price is quite high compared to the quality of the room, I found the room, bedding, towels quite old, the white curtains are thin and moldy, the floor had some dead geckos when I checked in, the room smelled like mold even though essential oils were burned. The bathroom drainage system is poor. The private beach is small and not very clean. There are many sandbanks and the landscape is quite beautiful. Probably more suitable for larger families

I had a great stay at Le Palmier Ho Tram. The staff were very friendly, from the security guard to the receptionists,... very good attitude. Especially, when my family arrived early, the receptionist enthusiastically supported us to check in early and when we checked in, we also received a thank you letter and fruit. The room was beautiful, the campus was spacious, with lots of cool green trees. The sea was not too clear but very clean. The breakfast was very tasty and varied, the dishes were served continuously. The small minus point was that there were a lot of mosquitoes and the check-out time was early (11am). If we have the chance, my family will definitely come back to Le Palmier!

Resort nhỏ, phòng ốc ổn. Biển tắm được, đẹp. Nhà hàng ăn sáng chật, nhỏ và quá nóng mặc dù nhân viên đã mở nhiệt độ thấp nhất. Nói chung tạm được , mình thích nhất sảnh check in, rộng rãi , sang trọng.

Mình nhận phòng không có Drink welcome khá thất vọng. Phòng rộng nhưng chống ồn tệ. Mình nghe được tiếng nói chuyện điện thoại và trẻ em khóc suốt thời gian ở phòng. Khuôn viên hơi nhỏ nhưng mát mẻ. Mình nghĩ Le Palmier phù hợp kiểu gia đình thuê villa ở chơi sinh hoạt thì sẽ thích hợp hơn. Mình đi 2 người kiểu hơi buồn.

This was not the first time that we've stayed here. The bath tub didn't work last visit even though we already reached out to the receptionist and he/she said they would provide solutions, then nothing had been done. And for this time, we checked in at 3.00pm, and we carried all the luggage ourselves to the room. Then there was a problem with the door lock. We couldn't make it locked inside the room. We've waited for an hour for the maintenance to be fixed. We love the atmosphere and the space there at the resort. It 's not too big or far from places and convenient areas. That made us decide to come back. But that was super disappointing. I hope the management board could accept the feedback and improve!

Resort phục vụ rất nhiệt tình, chu đáo, nhân viên dễ thương, phòng thơm, view đẹp, hồ bơi rất sạch và không có mùi clo như những hồ bơi khác, tiếc cái là mình đặt xe ở Sài Gòn xuống hồ tràm thì không có xe, nên mình phai xuống vũng tàu thue xe máy chạy xuống hồ tràm, trải nghiệm đi xe máy cũng thú vị, bởi vì ngày thứ 2 minh ở vũng tàu, buffet sáng không có nhìu món như trên quảng cáo, vì mình di trong tuan nên hơi vắng khách nên không có quầy line để thưởng thức nhiều món ăn khác, mình đi trúng vao mùa mưa nên chụp hình chưa đẹp lắm, trời nắng chắc chắn các bạn sẽ có những tấm hình thật lung linh.
