Great hotel in great location. The Staff was very friendly. The service was really good, the room was very clean and with all amenities. Great breakfast buffet and cafe restaurant. Would definitely come back!

Very nice new hotel. The rooms has balcony with garden/pool or sea view. The pillows were very comfy that I had to buy one. Lovely infinity pool. Food is cheap and huge portion. Felt relaxed for weekend away the city. I willl be back The only minus point is the toilet sprayer was too power to use

The biggest plus is the swimming pool with both fresh and salt water, the restaurant has a beautiful and chill view of the sea, no different from the scenes in Korean movies on Jeju Island kkk
The food is not too outstanding, the rooms are spacious but the equipment is old.

Disappointed when booking here. The price is too high compared to the quality.
No private beach, but the swimming pool is small. The breakfast buffet is not diverse. The cooking is not delicious. The campus does not have beautiful Tet decorations. The view of the gate and the small landscape in the reception room is good
There are not many views to take pictures. Really disappointed. I did not think 5* would be so boring. The money spent is not worth it. Disgusting
I do not know where the 5* level is based.
The room is spacious, clean, the staff is cute and cheerful.

Mình book vào ngày t4 giữa tuần, khi book đã đề 2 vợ chồng và em bé dưới 1 tuổi (con mình 4 tháng), tuy nhiên khi đến thì nhân viên nam đón khách không nở 1 nụ cười với khách hàng mà như mình đến làm phiền hay đi xin chổ ngủ nhờ vậy. khách sạn sắp xếp phòng trên lầu tuốt dãy 622 (gần như đi cuối resort) trong khi mình nghĩ họ phải quan tâm chút vì gia đình có baby. Gọi điện thoại hỏi có thể đổi phòng dưới không vì có con nhỏ thì lại kêu book phòng view biển thêm tiền mới có. Buổi sáng thì có vài người thân thiện như cô lao công dọn dẹp gặp chúc gia đình chuyến đi vui vẽ hay anh trực hồ bơi cũng gần gũi. Nói chung chi gần 3 triệu nhưng đổi lại cách phục vụ của các bạn nhân viên nam đón khách quá tệ, điều này có lẽ đã nhiều người cm rồi nhưng đến giờ vẫn vậy, gia đình mình đi du lịch cũng nhiều nhưng đây là khách sạn 5* tệ nhất về cách phục vụ mình từng đến, lần đầu như lần cuối.

Friendly and enthusiastic worker. Clean, spacious and beautiful room. Breakfast buffet service delicious food (depending on taste) Large swimming pool, a bit crowded with children. There is no private beach 3-4 km away, suitable for families with small children, the elderly are the main resort.
