There is no place for cars to park. The receptionist's attitude is one-on-one with the guests when they ask for a place to park their cars, as if I had a car, I would have to find a place to park myself and pay the fee, the hotel doesn't care. The room is not soundproof, the neighbors are screaming at 9am, I called the receptionist and they said they would remind the guests to be quieter at 10am. I have never been to a hotel with such bad service.

Nhâand viêand cháand đồ ăand kinh cháand. The foods is not good, nothing to eats also when the empty your staff just looking not refill! Never be back here! The reception working so borng waiting to long time for check in!

Just like everyone's review. I found the breakfast buffet quite delicious. The receptionist and the security guard were super nice. The view was diagonal to the sea but still quite beautiful, you could see the sunrise. Disadvantages - The bedroom and bathroom are small compared to 4-star standards - Poor drainage system, long-lasting - The air conditioner is hot, can't sleep. The security guard came to clean the filter once but it was still hot because the AC system was old

Got a sea view, looking at Vinpearl area is also quite chill; reasonable room price; breakfast buffet is ok; however there is no parking; have to go across the street to park, it costs 100k/time (I parked for 2 nights; the hotel supported 1 night)

Nice room, everything ok, however usually hotels will lend instead of rent an iron

Went on a holiday, but booked a month in advance. Luckily, the room was very VIP, nice view, near the beach, near delicious restaurants, clean, breakfast was just enough but very delicious, friendly staff.

The room is also a bit small, I can only see it when I open the curtain because I booked a sea view room. Staying on the 20th floor :)) Staff is also ok. The dining room is also small and a bit cramped. The swimming pool is also small. Because I like the beach when I go out, I don't really care about the swimming pool. Soundproofing is also not good. How do you know everything outside? Slightly noisy. But only rated about 3*. But 4 * is a bit too much.

Khách sạn ngay trung tâm gần các điểm tham quan. Phòng sạch sẽ và tiện nghi. Bữa sáng có nhiều món để lựa chọn. Nhưng thái độ nhân viên lễ tân không niềm nở và khó chịu với khách.

Khách sạn tốt, phòng sạch sẽ, ăn sáng đổi món hàng ngày. Tuy nhiên chưa cách âm tốt. Dịch vụ thuê xe máy tại khách sạn rất không rõ ràng và gây hiểu nhầm cho khác thuê xe. Các bạn thuê xe nên hỏi kỹ là trả xe luôn hay chỉ là trả xe trong ngày và ngày mai đi tiếp, để tránh lễ tân thu hồi lại xe và tính tiền khi mình còn nhu cầu đi lại.
