The people at the hotel are very friendly, you can park your car at the nearby canal. I forgot to tell you that my wife is very pregnant, so at first the hotel gave me a room on the upper floor. But when my family arrived, they changed me to another room. Even though I only booked a room with 1 bed, they changed me to a room with 2 beds without any extra charge.

Phòng sạch đẹp, xoa máy sấy, móc treo quần áo, đồ dùng nhà với đầy đủ..chủ khách sạn thân thiện, nhân viên nhiệt tình..giá rẻ với cả có cho thuê xe ạh, lần sau sẽ đến nữa nếu có dịp đến đà lạt🥰

Phòng hơi bé nhưng cô chủ nhiệt tình ạ. Phòng sạch sẽ. Mọi thứ oke lắm ạ. Mọi người nên thử nhé. Mình vừa đi hôm 25/26.

Phòng cách âm cực tệ, phòng bên nói gì là nghe thấy hết. Bên Khách sạn không có thang máy thì nên ghi chú rõ. Tuy nhiên cô chú khá thân thiện. Đến sớm hoặc trả trễ là phụ thu 50%, tuy nhiên khi mình đến sớm thì báo phòng mình đặt chưa có nên phải đi bộ sang khách sạn khác gần đó. Phòng bình thường, không có gì đặc biệt.

Khách sạn thật tuyệt vời, cô chủ rất nhiệt tình và tốt bụng. Mình được tiếp đón như khách sạn 5 sao, mình check in lúc 2h khuya cô chủ vẫn dậy chào đón vui vẻ, tận tình dẫn lên phòng và còn cho mình đổi phòng to hơn vì mình có bé nhỏ.Phòng rộng sạch sẽ, chăn ga gối mền và khăn tắm trắng tinh. Toilet to có phòng tắm kính, dầu gội, sữa tắm, kem đánh răng xịn xài thoải mái, rất sạch sẽ, đáp ứng đủ nhu cầu dành cho ai khó tính luôn nha. Mình check out lố 2 tiếng cô chủ vẫn không tính phí thêm cho mình. Khách sạn có cho thuê xe máy giá rất rẻ. Một trải nghiệm rất tuyệt tại Khách Sạn Mộc Nhiên. Chắc chắn lần sau mình có đi Đà Lạt sẽ ghé lại đây. Cám ơn Cô Chủ đã cho 1 kỳ nghỉ ngàn sao cho gia đình mình 👍🥰

Mình hoàn toàn hài lòng với những trải nghiệm tại đây. Mình tới sớm hơn giờ nhận phòng rất nhiều nhưng cô chủ vẫn cho mình nhận phòng mà không phải thêm bất cứ chi phí gì. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, gọn gàng, giá cả phải nói là rất tốt so với dịch vụ nhận được. Cô chủ thân thiện, dễ mến. Sẽ ghé lại đây những chuyến du lịch sau.
