The hotel is well run. Compared to the resorts and accommodations around, the quality is much better and the price is very reasonable. The grounds are well maintained. The staff are enthusiastic, polite and helpful. The food is okay, with many choices.

The hotel is close to dining areas and amenities, however the hotel management should pay attention to the landscape behind the hotel, the garden is dirty and looks old, the pool is large but needs to be upgraded. Breakfast does not have many dishes but is delicious.

Checked in at 2pm and said the room wasn't cleaned yet (even though I had booked the room in advance). Only got the room at 4pm. Asked to stay late until 3pm and had to check out for an additional 390k. Not exactly 3pm at 2:30pm, called and politely chased the guest away (while checking in was allowed to be checked in late). Called to clean the room. No one cleaned it. Overall, 1-star service.

Spacious parking lot, guests checked out late so I checked in late at 2:30. Clean 2-bed room with garden and sea view, comfortable and airy. Clean swimming pool and children's area. The beach has strong waves and no trash. Diverse breakfast buffet, suitable for taste.

The hotel is luxurious but not very neat, the rooms are clean but have a musty smell, the exterior is beautiful and spacious but has trash and is degraded. The swimming pool has leaves and bushes but the staff is absent-minded, the bad bar is not working and covered in dust.

The room had a musty smell, but when I called the receptionist, they put in a room diffuser. The quality of the cleaning was acceptable. The bathroom was a bit old. The dust was not completely clean. The location was convenient to go to the red and white sand dunes and Suoi Tien.

On the first day of check-in, there was no staff to lead us to the room, we had to go up to the room ourselves. The room door was damaged and did not accept the card, so I had to call the front desk for someone to handle it. In the evening, when it rained, customers drove to the lobby and the staff stood there laughing, but there was not even an umbrella to cover the customers. On the 2nd day, the door lock was damaged and could not be opened. We asked them to handle it immediately, but they kept being vague and refused to handle it. After making a fuss, they agreed to change the room to another room for the guest. The third day was too boring and it was half a day before checking out so I couldn't experience anything. It's a resort but the staff, quality and experience are not worth the price.

This is the best choice in the 4* Hotel & Resort segment in this price range. Smart & friendly receptionist. Enthusiastic & thoughtful lobby management. Housekeeping staff and luggage staff are diligent & honest. My family had a wonderful 4n3d vacation. Next to Muong Thanh is Mango Beach with tubing and a zoo like in Mongoland Dalat. Nearby seafood is very cheap & fresh. Coconut ice cream, tapioca cake & Ham Tien coconut are so delicious. On the way back, remember to stop by the Fish Sauce Museum to buy 60° Protein Shrimp Fish Sauce - a great gift for fish sauce connoisseurs. Remember to book 1-2 weeks in advance to get a good room. Traveloka customer service support is excellent, and is ready to upgrade for you for free. The price you see is the final price, no hidden fees. Recommended by me!

There is one thing that left an impression on me about the staff named Thuy, when she saw me coming to the spa to borrow a bottle of massage oil because someone in the group had shoulder and neck pain, she helped with her own experience and the people in my group were no longer in pain, more comfortable, thanks to which the vacation at the hotel was more complete.
