When checking out, I forgot my wallet, vehicle registration and money at the hotel, the staff returned them all to me. When checking in, my family went with a large group and had a small child, the staff were very enthusiastic in welcoming and helping us. Thank you for your enthusiastic service.

We stayed one night at Muong Thanh. The room is spacious, a little old but clean and tidy. However, the breakfast did not meet our expectation for such price. Just some basic food and not really good.

Spacious, clean room. Friendly, enthusiastic staff. Good location, easy to get to many other places. Food is okay, a bit sweet for my family. The bathtub is too high, it is quite dangerous for elderly people with joint pain to climb in and out.

The room is very small. The bathroom has few personal amenities. The space is dark, and the room smells a bit damp. Not worth the money. For this price, you can stay in many hotels with better service.

I booked a family room on August 23-25. There are a few issues that need to be suggested for the hotel to improve as follows: 1/ Suggest reviewing the security guard on duty on August 23. The guest parked the motorbike without specific instructions or questions, the guest drove into the wrong residential area, so they were charged 5,000 VND/vehicle each time they entered and exited, until the end of August 23. On August 24, when another security guard on duty gave specific instructions, I found out that the guest could park their motorbike for free. Although it was not much money, I do not appreciate the honesty of the security guard on August 23 of the parking lot. 2/ The check-in lobby area does not have air conditioning, only 4 steam fans, so it is very hot at noon. There should be a better solution. 3/ The floor buttons in the elevator are no longer sensitive and the lights are not bright. 4/ The swimming pool is not beautiful, not commensurate with a 5* hotel

I stayed here for 4 days with my family. I have the following comments: 1. I was very impressed because August 8 was also my child's birthday. It was a surprise when 2 staff members came up to knock on the door and gave him a cake (this was really touching). In particular, the female staff member named Phuong (I don't remember the name of the male staff member) was very enthusiastic and thoughtful, not only giving him a cake but also singing happy birthday, taking pictures for my whole family => if possible, the hotel should praise and spread this image so that others can follow. 2. What I was not most impressed with was the attitude of the receptionist on August 11. This was the day I checked out. However, due to the flight delay, I stayed an extra 3 hours and agreed to pay the fee. However, before 3pm, it was 2:45pm, when she called my room and reminded me with an unpleasant attitude: "Sir, check out at exactly 3pm. If it's after 3pm, the hotel will charge an additional fee" (on Sunday, most guests check out, not many check in, and I also observed that the 22nd floor has many empty rooms, not to the point of lacking rooms and waiting guests...). This really annoyed me, at exactly 2:57pm I checked out (and just told the receptionist: it's not even 3pm yet) => I think the hotel should correct the attitude of this staff. Communication is really important. In this competitive era, the attitude of the staff determines whether the customer will return to use the service or not? P/S: In fact, I am a customer who has experienced the Muong Thanh hotel system many times. Only at MT Nha Trang did I see that there were gains and losses. Above are some comments. + The regular check-in time is 2:00 p.m., however, my Delux King room was still not available at 3:30 p.m., even though I had already paid for the room in advance through Traveloka. Because I couldn't stand being stuck in the hotel lobby, I went to another room in the group to rest temporarily. When I went to check in at night, I heard the receptionist say my room would be available around 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m., but I never received a phone call. newspaper. Because on the first day, I took a shower in another room, so I didn't notice that my room didn't have shampoo or shower gel... + In the room of another person in my group, the glass curtain in the bathroom fell off while someone was showering inside. Luckily I didn't hit my head. + In short, the hotel has a good location, right in the center, convenient to visit all over the city, polite and enthusiastic staff, breakfast buffet has many delicious dishes such as fish noodle soup, noodle soup, yogurt... What is not good is the interior. Old furniture, weak water on the upper floor (24th floor), not attentive service when crowded, swimming pool with lots of chlorine...

The hotel has 8 elevators, but every time we need to move, we have to wait a long time for an elevator to arrive. The Family room is quite large, but the toilet is quite small. There is only a bathtub, no separate shower room. So every time you take a bath, you have to stand in the tub and use the shower head, so the water spills out into the yard, causing slipping and inconvenience. The room has carpet throughout the room, the carpet is old so it is degraded and unsanitary. The plus point is that the staff is very enthusiastic.
