The refrigerator was not cold the first day. 3. Swimming pool: do not set up 2 lounge chairs on the pool for your home. I called the receptionist to tell him to set up and then kept silent, no one shouted anything to set up. 4. First morning buffet: Villa guests are set up to eat in a private area at the restaurant next to the beach, but the buffet quality is worse than a 3-star hotel. I am very disappointed with my stay here. I stayed in room 818 and the bathroom was leaking very heavily. The phone did not work to call for service within my room. The staff was nice but room was not was equipped. Very dissatisfied.
