It was horrible. The TV didn’t work at all, and they told me they haven’t paid the bill yet(?) the ac also didn't work, I demanded to change the room at 9pm and they said there’s nobody in charge so they gave me a fan (how can I sleep with a fan when its 37 degrees outside?) The service is extremely poor, staff are unfriendly, breakfast took them an hour to make 2 dishes and coffee and nobody was there except us. Not a single welcoming attitude. Never come back.

Where do I start? They advertise this place as a high end resort and price was also as a nice hotel. When we got there, we found out it was a motel. The place was filthy, bed sheets, blanket, pillow cases was all dirty. Had to ask staff to change and it was still dirty. The door lock was also broken when we got there and instead of changing our room for us, they kept trying to fix it. There was no other customers there except us. Location is far from the busy areas. There was 10 dogs running around, my wife was scared. Overall, very unhappy in picking this place, I was very disappointed.

Resort is too old. The picture posted is not true. There is a lot of garbage. The scene is dilapidated, the swimming pool is damaged, the bathroom and toilet are severely degraded. Not worthy to be called a resort

This season, Qui Nhon is as cold as Da Lat, with strong winds, rough seas and big waves. The swimming pool at the resort was drained 1 month ago, but no update on the website was found. Burning grass, trees with no leaves, few customers. Each stream flowing stream is quite beautiful and clear, can bathe in the stream but the water is very cold, can not bathe. The location in the parking lot, limited to riding motorbikes at night because the highway along the pass road, many passenger cars, few street lights are very dangerous and heard rumors of robbery.

I booked a room at the resort with resort criteria and I was too satisfied with what I expected. Very good service, very friendly staff, dedicated 24/24 service. Extremely impressed with the very new and unique swimming pool that has never been found anywhere. 10 stars for all
