I had a terrible experience here.. I chose the hotel as a place to rest at the beginning of the year, staying on the first day of Tet. I booked a deluxe room for 2 adults and 1 child through the app. However, when I arrived to check in, the staff was not flexible and chose a room with 2 single beds, without asking the guest, even though they knew there were 2 adults and 1 child. The room's soundproofing was very bad, seriously degraded. The bathtub had a broken shower head, it was for show but not usable. The guest upstairs kept jumping on the floor making noise, I contacted the hotel but the receptionist outside called me 5 or 7 times saying they couldn't contact the guest upstairs but couldn't solve the problem, there was no specific answer. And at around 3am in the middle of the night, someone rang the bell to disturb my room, it sounded like the staff was cleaning up, going to the wrong room, I reported to the hotel but got no response. On the second morning when I went down to eat the buffet, when I went back up, I couldn't get into the room because the card was locked. I waited for about 15 minutes before the support staff said it was because the card was faulty and changed to a new one. I don't understand why the room was in good condition but 2 cards were locked at the same time? The receptionist only said it was due to a technical error and didn't explain anything further. And what I don't like is that the staff didn't say anything about the sponge festival, there was no information or communication to the customers. I stayed for 3 days and only found out that the hotel had a sponge festival on Tet, when I arrived the event was over. Menu to order food click on TV is also a challenge.. 520k for a portion of beef shaking all minced meat... the quality is a bit bad compared to the price. Simple breakfast buffet with few dishes, however, the coffee counter is also very good, enthusiastic bartenders work very quickly.

The whole experience was fine until I lost money when doing laundry. My wife accidentally didn't check in advance so she gave my pants to the laundry staff and then I lost the money I forgot in my pocket. Since it is a 5-star resort, I suggest that the staff should be trained to ask customers if they have anything left in their pockets before taking the clothes to be washed. I hope everyone is careful to check their belongings before handing them over to the laundry.

Check-in had to wait quite a long time because I don't understand why the booking on traveloka didn't send it to rs, when we arrived we were tired and had to wait for a long time. The bathtub didn't seem clean, like there was dirt stuck to it, had to clean it myself before being able to shower. The standing shower smelled bad. The restaurant in the evening was ok, the food was delicious, the female staff at the counter that day was cute. The coconut ice cream in the lobby was delicious Check-out wasn't very crowded but it took a long time. Rs thought the service was good and wanted to try it out but it wasn't as expected.

Everything here is ok and worth the price. Clean room - good soundproofing. Varied breakfast. Staff are very enthusiastic and attentive. The beach is clean and beautiful. However, when I arrived, there was no staff to assist even though it was the middle of the week. Having to carry your own luggage into the hotel lobby should be fixed

I booked a Deluxe sea view room with 1 King bed, but when I received it back, the hotel informed me that I received a TWIN bed with 2 single beds. I'm really disappointed.

A great location, the beach is probably the most beautiful in this area. The stand is fine, the water is very clear, and the depth with the waves is perfect for relaxing swimming. I will com back hear, perfect.

Clean and beautiful room, enthusiastic customer support staff. The breakfast buffet is not diverse. Blue Lobster restaurant, European dishes are quite impressive but Asian dishes are not up to 5-star standards. Overall, I had a good vacation.

There are kitten cratch up the ceiling making noise at midnight, get the new villa with empty pool and dirty kettle. Disappointed.

The room is exactly like the picture, spacious, high floor with excellent sea view! From the airport to the hotel is 6km, very convenient for latecomers and early returnees like me :) I came to checkin at 11pm but the staff still enthusiastically supported bringing suitcases to the room and guided to use the services entertainment and dining at the hotel. The hotel has many swimming pools, swimming pools from morning to evening, chill bar music too. In the evening, there is a screen showing cartoons for the little ones, which is very cute, like a natural cinema, everyone. Breakfast buffet changes a variety of dishes and drinks. The hotel is very suitable for a vacation, it's great to relax. Will definitely come back in the nearest time! love
