Phòng nằm giữa toà không có cửa sổ nên hơi bí, tương đương với giá phòng. Muốn có cửa sổ giá cao hơn. Đồ ăn sáng ở khách sạn khá ngon. Lễ tân dễ thương nhiệt tình bắt chuyện. Trải nghiệm tốt ở đây. Rất gần hồ, trung tâm. Mình book phòng cho mẹ và dì lớn tuổi nên ở đây đi lại trung tâm thoải mái nghe kể lại là vậy.

Phòng sạch sẽ đủ dùng. Giá phải chăng cho vị trí gần hồ Gươm và phố cổ và kèm cả bữa sáng. Tivi cũ và hình rất mờ.

The room is a bit small but it is also full of weak discharge water, has enough heat and cold, the room has little soundproofing, so you can hear what everyone around says, when the staff is enthusiastic, the staff doesn't say anything, near the lake lots of food

The room is a bit small, but fully equipped, it's ok. I have a motorbike for rent, convenient to move. A few steps to the lakeshore 😍😍 Cheap price Will come next time

I booked a room on the 15th and 16th, but because I changed my work schedule unexpectedly, I moved it 1 day earlier. If I change on the app, there will be a fee, so I call the front desk (male) to change the room directly. When I arrived, I met a receptionist (woman) who said that she had not received any information about changing the date. Then I explained and she also accepted to change the check-in time. Not making it difficult for the customer, she was just asking for information. For the rest, I am very satisfied with this hotel. Quiet, right in the center, convenient to move here and there. Facilities are good and usable enough, including a dryer and a safe. If the TV in the room is a smart TV, there will be additional points. I stayed for 2 days but didn't think I would be able to change towels and provide more water. Plus points. Overall very satisfied and thank the hotel for giving me a good experience. Will definitely book this hotel again if I have the opportunity to visit Hanoi.

First of all, the hotel really regrets that it did not promptly handle the problem of air conditioning for her room 403 that day.
Because as I monitor and check, currently the air conditioning system has not had any problems since mid-June until now. It may be because the hotel has not installed the correct air conditioning mode for you. Actually, this is a huge shortcoming of the hotel, leading to bothering her. The hotel side will take the problem you encountered to learn from it for better service development later.
