I asked the app not to wait to get the bill because I really have no sympathy for the hotel but the app side refuses to support it! I think, I am a customer, have used the service, have taken steps to get a business bill from before check-in, after check-in also confirmed with the reception, but the inconvenience and delay more than 15 Just giving feedback to customers, really, the experience of using the service couldn't be worse!
