The hotel is near the city center, convenient for traveling, clean rooms, simple and super nice design, the hotel allows you to choose the scent of shampoo and shower gel when checking in, the staff is enthusiastic and friendly, will come back next time if I have the opportunity to go to Phan Thiet

Friendly staff, enthusiastic in helping to bring luggage to the room. Rooftop bar makes delicious drinks, beautiful evening view. Soundproofing is not good. Breakfast is not diverse. Bathtub is next to toilet so it is not suitable

The hotel is beautifully designed, modern, and smells very fragrant when you walk in. The room decor is very pretty. The staff is friendly, especially the staff who assists guests with luggage very enthusiastically. The location is near the center, but it's a bit far to Mui Ne. The minus point is that the soundproofing is not very good, in the morning you can hear the cleaning staff in the hallway. The wifi is a bit weak. The breakfast is not diverse (probably because it serves few people). Still recommend everyone to come here!

The staff is very friendly and supportive. The hotel room is great, nothing to complain about. The breakfast has very few dishes, the hotel is also 3 stars but there are very few dishes to choose from (probably during the week there are few guests so the hotel doesn't make many dishes)

Enthusiastic and friendly staff. The hotel is near the center of Phan Thiet, easy to move around. The hotel rents scooters, new ones and I am always supported during the rental process. In addition, when checking in, you can choose shower gel and shampoo. Go right away on October 20, the hotel delicately gives flowers to guests. New room, clean, elegant design. The small minus point is that the wifi is weak and the soundproofing is not very good.

Friendly and enthusiastic staff, clean, fragrant room, fully equipped. Here you can choose the scent of shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and I find all the scents are very good. Scooter rental (AB/Vision) 150k/day. The location is easy to find and quite close to tourist attractions. For me, this is a very good experience and healing for the soul =)))))

If you have small children, you should not go because the soundproofing is quite bad. I found almost no service because there was no staff. When I arrived, there was only one person supporting both the garage and the inside. He was enthusiastic but because he had many jobs, he was very good. If you are staying for a vacation, you should not choose the small room because it feels cramped, but the room is clean and the facilities are ok.

The receptionists are enthusiastic and cute, the rooms are simply designed, the view overlooking the sea is quite beautiful; The only minus point is that the wifi is weak and the soundproofing is not good, so you can hear the sound of the vacuum cleaner or hair dryer outside the room very loud.
