The bathtub was not cleaned yet, and there was hair and fur from the previous guest. The window glass was not cleaned and was blurry. The receptionist should pay attention to the tone of voice when talking to guests to avoid misunderstandings about their attitude.

We will answer your above comments as follows: Regarding your reservation, in fact, you booked a room to check in on October 21, 2022 and check out on October 22, 2022. In fact, the date she came to check in was on October 22, 2022 (and this day the hotel did not have any bookings of hers), she did not arrive on the date booked through the website and of course the hotel as well as you. The front desk didn't find her booking that day is obvious. And you have suggested that she should book a room directly at the reception. About breakfast too boring, no taste. The hotel has also welcomed many guests in all different regions, so we always try to cook according to the general taste to harmonize all customers. We will try to improve more to suit the taste of each guest. The next problem when she asked about the massage service, the receptionists also politely replied that we are currently under maintenance, so we cannot serve you. And asked about tourist attractions, the receptionists were also very enthusiastic to guide, and gave directions maps. It's really sorry that the above has caused misunderstanding between you and the hotel, it's not worth it. We very much hope to welcome you back to serve you more enthusiastically, more considerately. Hope you and your family have a great day!

Our family had a wonderful vacation by the beautiful Ninh Thuan beach. ❤️👍🏻💕Large room, airy, pool view and beautiful sea than expected. The location is a bit far from the center but at the beginning of the sea arc so beautiful views. The campus is also relatively nice and clean. The gym is being repaired so it can't be used. Room is clean, spacious, comfortable, good wifi. Friendly employee. The best advantage is the buffet breakfast is very rich and tastes Vietnamese. The downside is ugly old architectural design.
