Too bad. The hotel owner is like a thug. I must have accidentally laid down on the waiting chair because I was too tired, instead of reminding the owner, he called his 4-5 year old son and told him: "2 people are in that chair. Kick me out." While I had already paid for the room. 300k for a room is nothing. I just left, no need to ask for a refund. She was giving alms. Guests came to rent a room and paid but acted like they were asking to stay at her house for free.

Sorry, if every guest is like you, tired and lying on the sofa, where is the sense, then the owner reminded not to smoke in the room so you are not satisfied and commented like that. It is sad for the young generation, you think that with money you can do whatever you want.

I booked a room for my husband here for 1 night, the hotel is near the airport for convenience. My husband said that the staff here are very enthusiastic and cheerful. My husband was very satisfied with his stay here, if he has the chance, he will come back. Thank you to the two hotel owners.

Spent 1 night here as my flight was the next day. Comfy bed, friendly staffs. They also provide service to pick you up from the airport or drive you there for a very reasonable amount. You also get access to food and cafes within 5 mins walk. Pho ga pho co is great for breakfast:)

Service is ok. The room is spacious, clean, supports free drinking water, full wifi hot water ... The hotel owner is very enthusiastic, cheerful and comfortable, the shuttle bus to the airport is very fast, the price is only 100k, reasonable. The bathroom is a bit cramped but it's okay, I still give it 5 ☆☆☆☆☆, with that room price, it's very reasonable. I don't eat here so I don't know kkk If I have the opportunity to fly to Hanoi, I will definitely stop by here to stay hehe

Too bad, I've stayed in many places but have never seen a hotel like this. The hotel owner is terrible, always looking at and scrutinizing customers. Doesn't respect customers' privacy, just knocks on the door and looks to see what people are doing. Controls the time the air conditioner is on. Staying once is a nightmare.

Never given a bad review to any hotel before but this is the first time. Customer service is terrible, no check-out policy, the hotel owner is a thug. Staying in the hotel room but being noticed by the hotel owner is very uncomfortable.

Hello. Why do you say there is no check-out policy? When you booked a room, you should have known that check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00, then you booked a room. I think you want to cancel the room but the hotel said you have to pay a fee to cancel, so you commented like that. According to the hotel's policy, canceling 1 day before check-in is free, but if you cancel on the check-in date, you will still be charged.

Even the brothers and sisters were enthusiastic. When eating and drinking, there is a dining table below, you cannot eat in the room. Full hot and cold air conditioning. The blanket is a bit thin. I increased the air conditioner to 28/29 but it's still a bit cold. Cleanliness is moderate, just like home. For the price range, OK 286

The room was clean and spacious, the couple owner was very nice. The only downside was the location, although it is super close to the airport, but access to/from airport is rather hard (the road was dark and quiet empty at night time). But overall, worth the money if you are staying only for transit purpose, otherwise better take bus to the town.

I rent a room for 1 person, small room, clean, closed, air-conditioned, hot and cold water, TV, full wifi. The owner is also extremely enthusiastic, because his flight was delayed until midnight to return to Vietnam the next day to the inner city, the hotel was very enthusiastic.
