I in love with the hotel! The ambiance, surroundings are all exceed my expectation. I really enjoy my stay here. Thank you also for the staff name Kevin that help us to find someone to convert cash because we ran out of cash money. All the staff are friendly and really helpful. Hopefully I can come here again🤍

Phòng sạch sẽ.View đẹp. Tuy nhiên cửa kính nhìn xuyên thấu. Trong phòng không thấy khăn giấy. nhân viên thân thiện nhiệt tình chu đáo. Đi dịp lễ tết nên cac dịch vụ hơi hạn chế.

The room is clean, the view is very beautiful if there are no clouds. Friendly and hospitable staff. Minus point: There is a section of sewer road under construction so you cannot go by car so you have to walk or ride a motorbike!

Đường vào hơi khó đi nha. Đi lên trung tâm chỉ mất 5-7p thôi nhưng khó đi lắm vì toàn đèo với dốc. Đc cái nhân viên rất nice, nhất là các anh cep. Resort đẹp lắm. Mình ở phòng panorama, rộng rãi view đẹp lun. Bữa sáng thì hơi ít món, ăn cũng đc, như các resort khác thôi. Noi chung là vẫn rất okela

Hotel view is great, if the weather were less foggy. Its a little far from town, will need to cab around. Water heater was not working on the second night and the weather was freezing cold. The hotel staff helped to checked and"try to fix it"but we were later informed that the technician was not available, so we had to shower with freezing water in the cold weather. Hotel reception were not the friendliest as well.
