The rooms here are quite clean, fully equipped. Breakfast is delicious, however the meat for bread seems to be expired.

I had a room at the front with a view over the valley. The hotel is on a busy, narrow road which was interesting to watch as it is quite a steep hillside either direction. Loads of choice at breakfast, accommodating staff. I arrived early way before checking time but as soon as my room was ready they let me use it. It was not far up the hillside to the town with several eateries to choice from. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Would certainly stay there again

Room is specious, water heater works, the room is clean & the floor look clean but when u wipes it with tissue, omg…. So dirty. I booked “studio 1 bedroom” The room can fit for 4 persons tho It is exactly like in the picture they posted. The hotel is beside the “yummy restaurant” my friend order the hot wine, she said it wasn’t that good. And i order pork with chili n lemongrass something, I wasn’t great either, haha.. in sapa, go to CONG cafe for good coffee, for food : white cloud, casa Italian pizza ( klu gk salah ), sama yg di kota jg enak2.

Room is ok, breakfast is a bit small, dinner is a bit bland, overall for 7d I booked for 3 nights for a family of 6 people, 3 children, room with 3 double beds, 2 bedrooms, 5.2 million, 1 child is free for 3 years old, 4 years old and 6 years old have extra charge

The room is big, but when I got out of the elevator, the path to the room was dark. Even though it was already evening, the lights weren't turned on. There were a few oddities 😁.
