This is very new hotel and looks nice, near Hoi An ancient town. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Especially the owner, they were very nice. The price is so cheap. We will go back again. Thank you very much!

The air conditioner is too weak, it's on all night and it's not cool in the morning. For 350k, it's better to rent in Da Nang.

When you move in and out, you will be informed of any additional charges. Woke up in the morning and reported a surcharge. I'm not saying I won't pay. Just asking why there was no notice when entering. They said it was because she wasn't at home. Her daughter doesn't know. I don't know why I sit as a check-in receptionist for guests. Then said this was her fault. But still ask for surcharge. I silently waited for my younger brother to pick up his luggage, but that person spoke in a very difficult voice. Then my son ran out and said he thought he was the driver so he didn't report when he was the one who gave the ID card to check-in. Then loudly said that if you stay, you have to pay, that's the rule. I said I was a customer, not in this business, so I didn't know the regulations. I also didn't say I wouldn't pay the surcharge. Just remind the home side that they should have informed the guests in advance. After that, the son got mad and told his uncle to know, then loudly demanded to jump out and hit him and then argued back and forth... In general, it's bad ;))) while no one said not to pay the surcharge. The rental bicycle broke down in the middle of the road

Phòng tương đối sạch sẽ, gọn gàng, bày trí đơn giản. Nhà vệ sinh đầy đủ, chỉ có điều các bạn nên chuẩn bị sẵn mấy gói sữa tắm + dầu gội (mặc dù trong phòng có nhưng không biết sao lượng dầu bên trong gói rất ít, không đủ để tắm gội đâu). Có cho thuê xe máy (đổ xăng cũng chỉ cách có 200-300m) từ điểm này đi ra Phố cổ Hội An cũng tương đối gần, không quá 2km. Nếu có đặt xe ô tô đi từ đây về sân bay Đà Nẵng thì bạn có thể liên hệ cô chủ nhé. Cô hỗ trợ đặt và giá cả cx hợp lí.

The location is near the old town, the owner is very friendly and enthusiastic. The room is spacious and clean, I booked 4 years ago, this time back, there is still nothing to criticize. Although it is a homestay, it is no different from a 2-star-2.5-star hotel

The host is usually not available when needed. Attentive service. Bicycles are charged for 30 minutes, but the bike charge is not informed by the owner. 7pm just checked in but the landlord has not prepared the room before.

The owner is very lovely. About 500m from the old town, there are bicycles to travel. Room and toilet is very clean, smart redesign. I am very pleased to be here. Will come back and introduce more friends. Great Hooney moon.

Good accommodation, Uncle Jaidee The accommodation is just 5-6 minutes walk into the alley. Not scary, safe There is a 250k pick-up truck from Hoi An to Da Nang itself near the ancient city. Night market is only a 10 minute walk. It is not recommended to rent bicycles as there are a lot of cars to drive. Scary to walk safer. If going to the morning, the bike is 25k itself. But walking, it's not far.

The room is cool, bright, with large entrance doors, private and common balconies are smartly designed, feeling with lots of airy space. They are very friendly, welcoming and enthusiastic. There is a kitchen if you want to cook (we bought crabs at sea to borrow and cook with your cookers to steam ^^). Conveniently located, walk straight to Tran Hung Dao to the old town.
