- Old room. - Not enough shower gel and shampoo. - Check-in was nearly 2 hours later than the original time. - The only advantage that made me not upset was that the manager and the staff were quite friendly, even if I wanted to be upset, I couldn't.

The room is quite spacious for a family of 4, however the furniture is a bit older than the photo and the room smells a bit, more like a motel than a hotel. The room door has a problem, it's hard to open the lock, but there's no suggestion to change to another room so it's fixed. The staff is enthusiastic, polite, the water is strong, there's always warm water, the room is cleaned every day, the hotel is quite close to the beach, close to restaurants, cafes, grocery stores.

Location far from the beach, big room but checked in at 4pm still smelled of cleaning chemicals in the room. Room has too few power outlets, under the power outlets there is no design for guests to put their phones to charge. Room is on the street so noisy, poor soundproofing so couldn't sleep at night. Booked a motorbike through the hotel owner at 4pm, the fare was calculated at that time but at 7pm the guest came down to get the motorbike and was told there was no motorbike.

I went on a business trip to Danang and got to know Chula through a colleague. The hotel is very well located, very close to the sea, located on the main road Vo Nguyen Giap is very convenient to go, there are many restaurants, massage, mini shopping shops are very convenient. Room rates are very affordable, rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff are very enthusiastic and attentive, ready to support at any time. Will introduce friends and will definitely return if you have the opportunity to return to Da Nang
