Located in prime area (5mins to sapa station by walk), we had Amazing experience stay during trip to Sapa in a winter season. the room was clean and the ambience take me back to 80's era. The staff named Nga Bii was very helpful and cheerful 😁. arguably this hotel are the most worth in every penny.
the one thing that should be improved are the breakfast, make it variative and moslem friendly. 😁

The hotel location is very strategic which is close to the central of sapa. Hotel staff also very kind & helpful, they even have motorcycle rental there. Recommend

location in the middle of the city.
Staff, Hui is very helpful and accommodating to needs.
Breakfast is ordinary and not varied, maybe because of Tèt. The input is maybe the quality of the mattress can be upgraded again.
Overall the location is very good and strategic.

The room is beautiful, clean and smells of cinnamon. The first time I came here, the staff were very enthusiastic, always asking and praising the center. Next time I will support The Cate again.

The room was incredibly comfortable, with the added bonus of a heating system that made the cold mountain air feel cozy and warm – a must-have in Sapa! What truly stood out was the staff; They were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Their warmth and hospitality made my stay even more special. The location is perfect – just a short 3-minute walk to the heart of Sapa, making it so easy to explore the town. Whether you're looking to wander around or visit local attractions, everything is within reach. If you're planning a trip to Sapa, I highly recommend Gate Boutique Hotel. Compared to that price, the breakfast is too basic, the rooms are like 2-3 star hotels, and the price of 1.1 million per day and night is not worth it. The receptionist looks like I owe them something. In short, I will never book again.

The hotel is near the stone church in the center, convenient for traveling. I arrived early before check-in time and was supported quite well. Everything was fine but the room did not have air conditioning.
