The receptionist was very attentive, cute and enthusiastic :> the room was ok but I was on the B floor so I didn't have much of a view. I didn't try the food because I was busy going out :))) At first I thought the price was a bit high but it seems like that's the price in Da Lat. I'll come back if I have the chance

I chose the Superior Double room here because the day I went to the villa, there was only this room type left.
It's an attic but the windows are not very airy, you can only see above, so the room is very stuffy even though the room is spacious.
The TV is old so it doesn't work with applications like YouTube or websites so you can't watch anything.
The toilet floor is very slippery because it's tiled, so remember to wear slippers when bathing.
The restaurant only serves breakfast because it's small, so the food is very limited. The day I went, the white porridge with pickled radish was only ok, in addition, the meatballs were sour, very difficult to eat, and the beef stew was very spicy.
The staff was polite, enthusiastic, and very cute.
Here, I think everyone should try to book early and choose a room with a balcony, which will be better. I chose to stay here because I thought this area was quiet, but when I went there was a construction site next door so it wasn't that big of a deal.

From the outside it looks nice... but inside, T was assigned to room B007 (booked for 4 adults, 2 children, but only had 2 large beds - price 1.2 million/night) in the basement. very cramped. There was only 1 small narrow window about 0.5m to see the light outside, looking out to an alley about 10 meters to see the street, seeing a few hills and a bit of skylight... The room had no heater... it was always very cold, even though the door was closed... the room did not have a sofa set to sit and eat (there were 4 hard, rough wooden chairs that were very ugly) and there was a wooden shelf against the wall, with a slightly deep slope... to put a glass of water on, it was almost spilled... So if you want to sit and eat, you can only sit on the bed to eat and drink... you can't sit on the floor. There is no more tea set, there is a small tray to put 2 coffee packs and 2 tea packs for 2 days of renting at Ksan.. got 4 bottles of 0.5 ml water... , the next day if you want to use it, it won't be available, have to buy another bottle for 15k each.... and the cold water machine is too bad... turn the water all the way to the left, wait more than 3 minutes... only lukewarm water comes out.. about 28-30 degrees... to the point that when the water just comes out of the faucet, standing a little further away, the water turns cold again.. every time I take a shower, I stand shivering.. so I don't take a shower at all... when I come back to SG, I take a shower twice as much... in general, I'm scared for the rest of my life.. don't dare to come back.... there are many more things, which I haven't mentioned yet.. whoever has time to experience it, will know.

Very okay. I checked in quite late due to my travel schedule but the receptionists were still very welcoming. Booked 4 nights in total but due to personal reasons, I had to cancel 1 night even though it wasn't shown on the app but the receptionists were very supportive (2 men + 1 woman). All good!!! Besides, the breakfast was delicious. The staff at the breakfast buffet counter were very enthusiastic and the kitchen cooked delicious hot food. Most importantly, the view from the room was super cool. Overall 100/10.

The hotel has a beautiful, sparkling common space, but the elevator and rooms all have a musty smell, a sewer smell, the closets also smell musty, and the construction next door makes terrible noise from 7:30 a.m.

Nhân viên thân thiện, đặc biệt có bác bảo vệ xách hành lý dễ thương lắm. Phòng như hình, ok, đồ dùng đầy đủ, view đẹp. Mỗi tội điều hoà bị rò nước, bật được 15p thì nước chảy như mưa, không dám mở lun. Đồ ăn sáng không có gì đặc sắc lắm, tạm tạm. 3 ngày ở đây mình thấy khá ok
