We arrive at the hostel really late the service was very bad after that they told us to go to another hostel they say it was the same quality but it was a really dirty hostel, smell really bad after that we didn’t want to stay there and they sent us to another one the it was a little better but we was walking with our or luggage it was the worst experience in a hostel the we had!

We booked a room for 5 people, but when we arrived, the room wasn’t available, so we were provided with 2 separate rooms. One of the rooms was big and spacious. The other one, not so much (and it smelled of cigarette). The staff carried our bags 5 floors up, and were friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel was perfect. It was near the lake and the convenience stores.

Location near Hoan Kiem Lake... Rooms are good and cheap... One minus point is that there is no elevator... My whole family had to climb 6 floors so it was a bit tiring...

on the 4th floor, the hotel does not have an elevator, when you check out, you have to bring your suitcase down, the toilet and utensils are old and small, fortunately the room is also large, the bed is comfortable
