I booked close to the date but got a very ok room, although it was a bit old and the elevator was malfunctioning, but the receptionist was very enthusiastic, even though it is just a guest house, I feel very satisfied even though it is a bit far from the city so it is very quiet. static. If you come to Tuy Hoa here, I think you should try to book a room here because all needs are very well met 😍

Large hotel space with cellars for cars and motorbikes. Great room always, large room, clean, with balcony, fully furnished, air-conditioner, closet, television, but lack of only refrigerator. The bathroom is super big, clean, with hot and cold running water. The hotel owners are very friendly and enthusiastic like family members, always trying to meet all the reasonable needs of room tenants. There is also a motorbike rental service at the hotel at reasonable prices. Affordable room rental. There will definitely be a chance to come back.

The room looked a bit old, but relatively clean with the money so it was quite ok. The plus point is the security guard and the super cute receptionist. If I have the opportunity to return to Phu Yen, I may return to TIC.
