I went with 2 people, I am Vietnamese, my friend is Korean so there are 2 different reviews as follows: Me: The hotel is nice, located near the center and has 2-way air conditioning so it feels comfortable. The room price is equivalent to the service, the swimming pool is also warm, the breakfast is also delicious. My friend: the room is about 8.5/10. The air conditioner is not very warm and a bit old, the temperature is set to 30 but the actual temperature is only about 18 degrees (had to call the technician to fix it once and was enthusiastically supported) The swimming pool is warm but my friend felt it was not very clean, the floor of the pool was a bit slippery, it felt like it was not cleaned regularly. The food is okay

Sáng sớm 6h30 khách sạn đã sửa chữa khoan đục làm khách hàng không ngủ được. Có điện lễ tân phản ánh những không những không thay đổi mà trả phòng gặp lễ tân còn trả lời là bên e không khắc phục được mong anh thông cảm.

Chúng tôi đã có 1 kì nghỉ thú vị tại Tam Đảo. Khách sạn có view núi rất đẹp và có cả bể bơi bốn mùa, con gái tôi đã rất vui vì được bơi tại đây. Chúng tôi cũng rất ấn tượng với cách tư vấn và xử lý tình huống nhanh của traveloka khi chúng tôi gặp trục trặc ở công đoạn thanh toán tiền. Cảm ơn Traveloka và hi vọng sẽ tiếp tục sử dụng dịch vụ của các bạn trong các chuyến du lịch sau.
