This hotel is perfectly matched for my purpose of the trip which is to celebrate my birthday. I chose this for a reason actually. A boutique hotel with a significant style of Indochina. The perfectly professional staffs Great location which lies on the Bassac river with magnificent view. Room are well equipped and comfortable.

4 star hotel but if rated only 2 stars. Old, 4-star WC with stained-colored curtains in the bathroom. There are no brushes, cotton swabs, drinking water for guests. What is unknown is contained in the glass bottle with the lid. the mattress is a spring mattress that is uncomfortable. the soundproofing is bad. breakfast is only a few dishes.

However, there are some points in Victoria Chau Doc that we would like to explain to you to understand and sympathize more with you during the operation: As Mr. Hung knows, environmental protection is the most pressing issue currently. At present, at Victoria Chau Doc, we do not place disposable items such as brushes, cotton swabs ... but only when requested by customers, in order to minimize the amount of waste in the environment, and to treat Thank you to the customers who have accompanied us in this activity, you will give each guest an ice cream at the restaurant when the customer is not using items such as: a toothbrush, cotton swab ... and this notice contains Put it on the guest room. Welcome drinking water in a glass bottle with a lid is purified water extracted from a large purified water bottle in order to limit the plastic bottle being discharged into Mr. Hung's environment.
I hope Mr. Hung sympathizes with my shortcomings and we look forward to welcoming him back so we have the opportunity to welcome him and his family with a more perfect hotel service. Thank you.

Room cleaning without the addition of amenity toilet supplies (cotton swabs, brushes, toothpaste, head covers, razors). Wifi extremely poor, can not connect, flush the toilet broken. The TV cannot be connected. When going the wrong way to Victoria Nui Sam, the receptionist did not say that 2 guests were the same system to guide guests to change across rooms (or extra money) to book Victoria Nui Sam. Room lots of mosquitoes. The air conditioner is too loud. Not worthy 4 star hotel.

On the 3rd of Tet, the 4th Tet comes back, staying for just 1 night has not experienced much. I feel that the room is a bit small compared to my thoughts. Friendly staff, small pool compared to 4 star quality.

winter guests should not serve thoughtfully. Air-conditioned dining room too hot. Breakfast is not varied. Not good. The city hall is not soundproofed so it is quite noisy. The pool is not very clean. generally not as good as the first time I stayed
