Friendly staff, enthusiastic support, clean and comfortable rooms, should experience everyone

It would have been a great vacation but the hotel check-out was so bad at the last minute, I will never come back again. I booked a room for 3 people but the staff only set up 2 sets of towels, because my mother is old so she didn't notice and brought her own towels so she didn't use the hotel towels. When checking out, they told me that I lost a set of towels, waited back and forth for more than an hour to resolve it before checking the camera, it was the staff's fault for missing the towels. I waited from 12 noon to 1:30 pm, 5 adults and 2 small children were hungry. Meanwhile, when checking in, I had to go to the room myself, there was no staff to take me to the room and guide me to check my belongings. The final experience was so bad.

enthusiastic, good, hotel opposite the sea, many delicious and famous cafes and restaurants, convenient to move around

The staff did not call to confirm that there were 2* and 4* sides, which confused me.

Convenient location, however the beach is under renovation, hopefully after completion the sea view will be very nice New hotel, beautiful, friendly staff

Step into the room, sea view but a whole construction site battlefield

Convenient location, car parking, friendly staff, new room and clean.

I booked a room with a sea view and balcony, but when I checked in, I could only see part of the sea when looking diagonally, and all I could see was houses. So traveloka should write that the room has a partial sea view, which would be more reasonable.

There is a balcony with sea view but it is not described clearly that you have to look at the side. So why is it called sea view???

The hotel is new so when you enter the room, it still smells of new wood, clean, fully equipped, there is even a scale for those who are afraid of traveling but need to monitor their weight. The staff is enthusiastic and friendly. The view of the sea and the city is very chill, the breakfast buffet is diverse.
