Cosy hotel on the promenade, couple of minutes walk into town and fantastic views of the Great Orme

Very well maintained property with nice views of the ocean.

Good connections to the train station and the town centre. Staff were very welcoming and informative Room was very clean and bed was comfy.

We really enjoyed are stay, staff couldn’t do enough for you and nothing was too much trouble. The communal lounges were lovely clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely too. Would definitely recommend this hotel

A pleasant stay at a scenic location.

Great location on the prom. Chairs in public areas very comfortable. It is joined with the Central next door with staff working between both hotels. This resulted in a wait to be greeted at reception and a wait past check in time for our room, we were offered a free drink from the bar to compensate, any drink. On the whole staff very friendly and helpful. Room was good as described we had all we needed. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast at extra cost, good value for money and it was good. We enjoyed our stay, and would stay again.

Booking in was all good Staff very friendly and helpful Nice sea view and area Booked two rooms and one in particular wasn't very clean with a sticky carpet and the bathroom floor wasn't clean and it creaked so badly that my mum didn't like to walk on it. Her bedding didn't smell very fresh either. Just expected more from a four star hotel

We visited Llandudno, Wales for the first time and really enjoyed it. The hotel was well located and easy to get wherever we needed to go. The staff was very friendly and eager to help in anyway necessary. We would certainly recommend the hotel to anyone who is looking to visit Llandudno.

Nice place and location. Lacking a bit on the comfort of the bed. Had a amazing ocean view which was awesome. No parking was a challenge as it is very busy during the day but we sorted it out but not convenient. Staff were fantastic.

Very friendly check in - great location for the theatre (only 5 mins walk) Big room with lovely sea views.

Payed for 2 sea view rooms both same price , one was completely different to the other much smaller different floor . Stayed for 3 days , cups were not replaced in rooms on any day or the towels . Complementary water in the room was only given on one night had to ask for some more on our second night which was given but was told only meant to have one lot per stay although we were there fir 3 days, had we stayed 3 separate nights these would have been given ! Nice touch complementary free drink when arrived and comfy bed .

Arrived a little early but we were able to check in. Room on the top floor with a decent sea view. Lift working. We were asked if we wanted breakfast and to let them know by 8pm that night. We didn’t but it was nice to have the option. Hotel is only 10 minutes walk from the pier or the town centre. Bedroom clean and comfortable. The shower was a bit temperamental but OK once we got used to it. Nice place for a weekend break and we'd certainly consider returning.

Room with bay window offering excellent views.but everytime front door closed it shook the house.

Excellent position on the promenade and convenient for the town centre pubs and restaurants. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Free overnight parking (4:00 pm until 10:00 am)

Room cold en suite very small. . No housekeeping. Definitely not 4* hotel.. combining with adjacent hotel and trying to run them as separate hotels simply does not work

The room was lovely over looking the sea. The room amenities were dated, trouser press, hair dryer etc. The kettle didn't turn off when it boiled. There was a nice selection of teas and coffees left and some biscuits which were nice. The bed was too soft for my personal taste, but the view definitely made up for it. Once I'd checked in I didn't see or hear another soul, so definitely no issues with noise. I'd possibly stop there again if the price was right.

Staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Room was lovely and clean bed was comfortable. Quiet at night. Perfect location, right on the promenade, town within 5 mins walk away. Breakfast £8.95pp and was beautiful and HUGE. No onsite parking but managed to park right outside the hotel and only costs £5.50 for 24hrs. We would definitely stay again
