Everything about our stay was great. The cleanliness and confort of our twin beds, the self-service buffet breakfast was excellent. The location is ideal for us to visit friends and relatives all over Cardiff. We have stayed at this hotel a few times previously and will do so again.

Incredible room sizes for the money but unfortunately we found the beds uncomfortable and the hotel's ambient noise over night really restricted the hours off sleep we managed to get.

Good property, spacious room and comfortable beds. We were in a King Suite which was comfortable but oddly laid out. Main light controls were in 402 but we were told 401 and our key only works for that door, so we had to stumble through to find them. Room overly hot. Keys stopped working when we came in at 130am, had to call night manager twice to get in our room. Breakfast - basic fare, bacon and pancakes were overcooked and hard. Worth the room rate but improvements could be made.

No hot water in the morning. Went to NY party which was really good so perhaps the hotel was busier than usual? Staff were ok, however there was one lady who was really professional and friendly so made our visit enjoyable

The hotel was very good. All staff very friendly & helpful. Having free parking is extremely useful. But the check in process seemed difficult as they could find us the system (we had booked via Hotels.com)

The hotel is extremely dates. Our bathroom smelt of stale urine. The internet would not connect and with two children who’d been on a long drive this is unacceptable as one has ADHD and just wanted to play his video games. Very smelly, stressful and will not return

Location is very convenient and free parking very nice to have for this area. Room was nice enough, but not the most comfortable seating area or bed. Bed was very firm which isn’t my preference. Would still stay here again though as overall it’s a good option for the area.

A lovely hotel with amazing staff. One of your colleagues was able to resolve an issue with the TV so that was great. However the Air Conditioner did not work. The room was too warm. But a nice stay.

First time we have stayed down in Cardiff Bay area. Hotel so convenient for the Bay facilities ie. Shops restraunts and the Millennium Centre. Free parking and on site with no hassle a bonus. Highly recommend .

Few minutes walk to Millenium theatre, cinema complex, bay restaurants and bars. Free parking ( rare for this area) . Left car there at 12, and no issue registration for car even though check in was 3pm. Arrived early to explore cardiff bay. Clean, spacious room. Breakfast was a good quality hot buffet, but go early as it gets busy. Amazing value, based on paying £89 for 2 with breakfast. Doubt that price will be the same at peak times.

Excellent few days. We had a twin room with two large double beds in it. Comfortable and clean. Staff were polite and very helpful. Food was excellent. Definitely stay at that hotel again
