We were staying for a couple of nights and going to see a band ,we enjoyed our stay very much but after returning to the hotel after the concert i felt we weren't made welcome at the bar when asking for a drink and i felt we had to rush or drinks

Parking was a constant issue with very limited hotel guest assignment
Obviously an older property as are all options in Llandudno and not a spacious room
Location to pier and boardwalk is excellent
Restaurant is excellent for decor, food quality and service

My husband and I have stayed here on a few occasions. It is handy for the promenade and shopping areas and is reasonably priced for the area. However, I feel that for the size of hotel, which is quite large, one lift does not provide sufficient capacity to cope with the aged population that frequents the hotel. A large proportion use walking aids or wheelchairs of some description so one lift throughout the hotel does not cope with the needs of the majority of their clientele. However, the staff are friendly and work really hard.

Not 4 star, queueing for buffet breakfast is not a 4 star hotel, food served from a hotplate so quality was below average. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent.
Only one small 4 person lift to serve the whole hotel, decor in the communal area and carpets are dated.
Staff were 4 star so bravo to them.
Limited parking was disappointing I got a space but you may have additional parking costs if the small car park is full.
Location was good.
Overall satisfied but please reduce the 4 star rating, tiny rooms does not warrant that rating.

This was our second stay and have to say it was disappointing, our room was very small, felt like it used to be a store cupboard and the hotel has renovated it into a room. The bathroom was very small and hard to manoeuvre into the shower with the bathroom door shut. A view over the Carpark and bins. Everything was clean just didn’t feel special and would not book again based on this experience which is a shame as last time our room was so much better.

Everything as always was excellent. The staff are so lovely and helpful. The breakfast team are exceptional as are the reception team however everyone is great. Such a relaxing break for 2 ladies who like to lunch. Our room was comfortable, very clean and provided everything we needed. I cannot praise it enough. A fabulous all round experience, already looking to book again. Thankyou to everyone you do a great job. Room 112.

Sttaff at hotel eere excellent. Breakfast was average for the price . I upgraded to a sea view room with a king size bed.,room was spacious but the bed was two singles pushed together, although the bed was still comfortable.

Nostalgic re-visit and everything was just as perfect as the first time. Breakast was top start of the day, mine was prepared in the kitchen due to Coeliac but the hot buffet offered by husband an excellant choice. Courteous, attentive staff on hand replenishing tea/coffee.
Nothing was too much trouble.
Rooms were comfy and clean. Hot water along with fluffy white towels & comfy beds just soothing. Very lovely clientele, everyone respected each other. Public areas were quiet and well maintained. Excellent location. Highly recommended.
