We had a bit of a hiccup at the entrance as the front desk did not immediately recognize the voucher. We had to wait a few minutes for them to talk to a supervisor and then confirm the tickets were indeed valid. Otherwise, everything else at Alas Harum was just beautiful! The staff is courteous and respectful. The wait wasn't too long at all. There wasn't a lot of choices on the dresses available for rent. I think they can definitely improve on the change room experience. It was slightly chaotic and very crammed.

Booking with money paid a week before the date, and yet we still had to wait about 30mins at the counter while all the walk-ins got to go in sooner, and the others who had pre-booked had to wait for us because the counter people said that there is no booking under our name from Traveloka. Going in, we had to wait another 20mins for the swing tickets because our booking wasn't in the system. Should have just walked-in like everyone else and saved ourselves the trouble.

Beautiful place with lots of photo-taking spots. Couple swing was fun, highly recommended to try if you are afraid to do the single swing shot 👍🏻

the price is cheaper than ots and the distance to buy vouchers and redeem is long so you can buy when the promo prices are even more economical

For a good view, because there are too many staff, they are always asked whether they have a reservation or not. So the lack of communication / coordination is good. But for everything it's good.

Visited this place with my 2 cousins. It was raining and the staffs provided umbrellas for each one of us. We waited 30 mins until the rain stopped. This place is huge and very nice for taking pictures. The crowd was not really there as it was wet. There were more than 5 swings but we never tried. It is not recommended to bring old people and toddlers as we have to walk down and up. Overall, we enjoyed our time there. But apparently the price ticket is more expensive if we buy from traveloka.
