The wait time for the ride was too long, many staff members yelled at customers, the cable car was out of order, customers had to walk a very long distance to get to the speedboat, then they had to stand and wait in a terrible crowd for a long time before they could get back to the main island. More importantly, from the moment I knew the cable car was out of order until I got back to the main island, I only heard this information from other customers and they directed each other to queue; I didn't hear a single apology from the staff. I paid money and got frustrated on Tet holiday.
